I’ve been purchasing the biscotti since it was Irene’s company. The biscotti is delicious.
I recently sent a the company a complaint regarding the label not sealing the boxes effectively and the company contacted me, reviewed their processes and sent me a replacement order.
I appreciate their dedication to the brand, the quality and the customer.
Will definitely purchase again.
Reiterating, biscotti tastes very good and I’ve been a customer since it was Irene’s bakery. Customer service had been AMAZING then, but since changing hands (and names), customer service has been awful. Lack of response to numerous emails. And I also concur regarding the decreasing quality of packaging. I’ve received and had to throw out numerous boxes because they are cracked, practically opened, unsecured, etc. Such a shame 🫤
Like the biscotti. Last batch I bought was stale and inedible. The company doesn’t seem anxious to resolve this issue.

The most HORRIBLE customer service ever !!! Ordered a pick up delivery on Monday -it’s Friday and order was never fulfilled!!! Hoping for refund !!! No one answers the phone or even calls back after messages left !!!

I have been eating these wonderful biscotti’s for years but lately every time I purchase with their discount, it does not work. If you try to contact their customer service, you might as well give up as they don’t respond to phone messages left nor emails in a timely fashion. Very frustrating to deal with this company. Wish they cared more about their customers.
Without getting into the taste of the biscotti (Although I highly recommend, nobody buy the biscotti bits, half of which were stale) I must say that this is the most frustrating and uncaring customer service experience I have ever had with a company. And with customer service like this I don’t think they deserve my business or yours. After getting a referral coupon months ago for 40% off which didn’t work, I was promised another. I was given another one, and that also didn’t work. I have an email thread with someone named Tina from customer service and have even spoken with her on the phone. She promised to call me back in an hour but of course she didn’t. All I wanted to do was place the order with the 40% off coupon as promised over the phone since they don’t seem capable of generating a coupon code that works. And despite all the emails, phone calls, and empty promises, they have not managed to place my order. There are plenty of other companies that respect their customers. Sadly, this company is not one of them.

Wonderful company, excellent customer service and fast shipping times. Happy to support this small business and hope they are featured in more local shops in PA soon!

I love the biscotti. Sweet and satisfying low calorie dessert.
Terrible customer service. Sent me over 60 dollars worth of biscotti that were destroyed.The customer service rep keeps blaming UPS and says she can’t help me until They get there money from UPS. It’s been over a month and she just keeps putting me off. I told her in the very beginning that The box was totally intact, so I don’t think UPS was at fault but poor packaging on their end.I don’t even want a refund just new product. I texted her last Friday and asked her to contact me. It is now Wednesday and I have heard nothing I even asked her to have someone else with authority to contact me because she keeps claiming she has to get permission because it’s company policy that they need to get there money from UPS before they can handle my problem. Great product terrible customer service .Also ,I did everything they asked including sending pictures of the destroyed product and this was the second delivery that came in that way . I ignored the first one because I thought it was just a flukeSo in closing be leery of the money back guarantee.

I purchased the black & white cookies and they are delicious! I was impressed that there is no added sugar. It tasted sweet but 9 grams of sugar per serving. Very nice!!??
