I attended a Mother’s Day brunch at Liberty Garden inside Parx Casino and Racing and unfortunately left disappointed with the service.
Our primary server (male) was inattentive. We were served cold coffee, cream was forgotten, and basic items like salt and pepper were not provided unless we asked. Empty plates also weren’t cleared in a timely manner, and we were never checked on to see if everything was okay.
There was a second server (female) who was noticeably more attentive and did a better job, which made the inconsistency in service even more apparent.
For a special holiday brunch, I expected a more consistent and attentive dining experience. Based on this visit, I’m unsure whether I would return for future events.

We have been here twice before or after attending concerts or races. The food and service were decent, and we have tried a few things. The clay pot crispy fire shrimp were delicious. The Liberty Chopped Loaded Bowl was interesting, I can't believe we even ordered that! It has vegetables, rotisserie chicken, salami, bacon, red wine vinaigrette, egg, roasted pepper, and provolone cheese. What a weirdly delicious combination.

Onion soup was really delicious and felt good after coming in from the rain; the crostini was good, bread could have been crisper and needed more of the cheese sauce, the poutine fries are really good and filling, the salted caramel pretzel bread pudding was stellar!

Chris P was a fantastic server. We asked about something on the menu that they didn’t serve and he asked the chef and they made it for us and it was delicious! He was also very attentive! Great service!

Is there a zero rating for service? am not sure why the 2 times our waitress came to the table it seemed like a burden. The food is good but the service was the worst we've ever seen here. Every other staff seemed very nice. We will probably look next weekend and make sure we don't sit in her section.

The bouncers at the casino have terrible attitudes—especially the guy wearing the mask, who comes across as somewhat racist.

Overall, the whole dinner experience was very nice. Very busy place especially on a Saturday night. The food is very good for the price which was reasonable at a casino. The drinks were quite expensive! Service was very good.

The service and atmosphere was great but the 2 ny strips were well overcooked. We asked for them to be medium

Very good food! Felt like the basic drink (vodka and club) very expensive. $19 even for Kettle vodka way out of line. Other than that was very good!

Good food, understaffed bar, and surprisingly high drink prices.

• The Service: On a Friday at 7:30 PM, the host stand had a line . Sitting at the bar was my best choice for quicker service, though they clearly need more bartenders.

• The Food: The oysters were great, but at nearly $4 each, I expected the staff to be better educated on the selection.

• The Bill: I was shocked by the $17.95 Tito's & Club. For comparison, I paid $11.75 for the exact same drink just a few doors down at Club 360.

Total for 6 oysters and one drink was $50 (including tip). It’s a busy, trendy spot, but the pricing feels a bit steep for what you get.

Dinner and service was top notch, our server (Jordan) went above and beyond to accommodate. We came back for dessert later in the evening and that was only slight disappointment. Expresso/cappuccino machine not working, coffee was cold (and not very good), and they were out of one of their main desserts (ny cheesecake). But again, Jordan did everything she could to re-heat coffee and provide other dessert options. Would still go back and highly recommend

They ran out of prime rib which is the only reason we went here. They were not apologetic about it and we ended up having mediocre, overpriced, burgers that we could've had anywhere else for much cheaper. Our waitress was not friendly and took a long time to do simple tasks like get salt or ranch, if she did it at all. Trying to find someone to assist us was a joke. There were at least 4 people in suits walking around the restaurant that were trying to look important but never looked around. It's like they had tunnel vision. Overall it was a very disappointing Valentine's Day for my wife and I as we were looking forward to our dinner at Liberty Bell.
