The eggplant parm sandwich is incredible. I have no idea how they prepare it but its not a large fried cutlet like you may have had before. Its layers of thinly sliced eggplant smothered in cheese and sauce on a fresh toasted roll. The eggplant tastes meat adjacent in texture. We had been disappointed with the local Pizza shops near us. This is the third time we have ordered from Luca Pizza recently. We have had platters, a pizza and tonight, hoagies, steak sandwich, fries & onion rings. Everything was exceptional. We have found our favorite! It is a little further away from us, but well worth it.
