Solid, classic American diner. Good for when you're on the road and need a quick brunch or lunch. Food is good but not spectacular. Service is really quick and reliable though! You'll be in and out in no time if you're in a rush.

good food, good place, the only thing is the service of a waitress named Keyla, she took a while to go take our order and she simply took it and forgot the things we needed. I had to ask another waitress but she got upset about the tips I left her. I'm sorry but I'm not going to give up the percentage they ask me if their service was terrible, that was the first time. The second one took the check without asking and I still had to order my dessert when I told him about my dessert he got upset and walked away talking things. Managers must do a better job and ensure that their workers provide the best service. Just asking for 15 or 18 •/• or more tips is what you earn.

Out of all the times I been to Metro Diner this go round was very frustrating. When I walked nobody greeted me. I was just standing as employees walked right passed me...knew I was standing there an said nothing too me. I myself had to let an employee passing me by know that I was here simply picking up my takeout order. I think it's very unprofessional for a customer to come in an there not greeted or taken care of. To be looked over an waiting as if nobody saw me standing there as they stood around felt deliberate an was very unacceptable. That type of treatment needs to be fixed.

Excellent service by “Kendall” but the Pancakes were too tough to cut or chew. Hopefully management will taste them today and change the batter before our next visit. Also noticed only one slice of toast? Never saw that before at any diner.
Met some family from NYC here as a half way point. We met for breakfast. The place was hopping however we were able to get a table of six pretty quickly. The service was really good and the breakfast selection was really good too. I had a meat lovers omelette, and others had pancakes and meatloaf Bowl and Waffles period all the food was good. I would definitely recommend this place for a good breakfast.

Hello, I stopped for some diner food, and I'm here at Metro on Street Road in Bensalem. This diner is the traditional type but a little on the small side. Situationed in a small strip mall. I ate 3 eggs over easy with Rye toast turkey sausage and hash bowns. The server was very pleasant which is always a plus.( sorry don't remember her name). The food was pretty good. The main issue is that the menu is a bit limited. Wish they had more than just the basics. Overall, if you want just a typical type of diner experience with a smaller menu this place will do.
