Called spoke to manager /owner. We told him our pizza fries and onion rings were cold. And he argued with us. You won’t get my money anymore. Very unprofessional never again will I order from there.

Worst pizza ever!!! Not only are they slow and lie about time for your order. If they forget a pizza they will use an old pizza and just heat it up and put the toppings on it not a fresh one. Waste of money please don’t waste your money here. Not even my little kid could eat it!!!

with at old rowmans pizza the customer service was horrid. they messed up our order, we had gotten a chicken bacon ranch with lettuce tomato and ranch none of which was on. not only did our pizza come out wrong our mozzarella sticks came cold as ice. i am very disappointed.

Today I ordered buffalo wings from this place, my specific instructions were to cook it well done, but not burned. When I received the food, the chicken was rubbery and undercooked. When I called and complained after spending $30 his response was you said you wanted it well done but not burnt. I started so are you telling me that week done equates to being burnt? He just kept repeating himself without ever giving me an answer. As hard as times are right now he didn't give af. I'm thoroughly disappointed in this restaurant and will not ever waste my money with him again. Neither should you.
