The best pizza in bucks and Montgomery county areas. we order for office all the time and I also order for my pizza parties at home and drive 30 minutes to pick it up!!!
Two weeks in a row my delivery was over 30 minutes late and the food was cold when it finally arrived. Both times the counter staff told me the driver was in my area and would arrive shortly. That didn’t happen, and when the driver did arrive he said my order was given to another customer and was remade when I called to inquire. The story changed three times this past order between the counter person and the driver. When I asked for a manager, I was told no manager was working. Both orders were on a Friday night after 7:00 p.m. This place just lost my business. I was a once a week customer for many years.

my mozzarella sticks were soggy and cold, my fries were probably the nastiest fries i've ever had in my life. it seems as though they were cooked hours ago and then heated up and sent to us, they were rock hard. will not be ordering again

I am so disappointed in the pizza that I got today. I have been a customer for years. I usually get paradise pizza and I couldn't believe how it has changed. It was my favorite pizza. The idea of having pickles on the pizza has brought my favorite pizza to a different level. This time pickles were cut differently(it was chopped before) and it didn't spread the flavor as it used to be. Also cheese stake meat was twice less . I felt it was cheese and pizza crust flavored. It was a huge disappointment ?. Mazzarella sticks were ok. Nothing special. More breadcrumbs than mozzarella cheese. Even though it was clean and service was good.

Although I went to the wrong place, when I got home, I didn't care for the pizza. The cheesesteak was okay, but nothing exceptional. I was trying a new place to hopefully be surprised. I will not be going back.

i waited over an hour for my food to be delivered i got two items, a wrap and a salad, both were messed up! the wrap was soggy, it genuinely felt and looked WET! multiple fries were still FROZEN. they forgot the dressing for my salad and gave no utensils! i am extremely disappointed by the quality of the food and will not be ordering from here again and definitely will be sharing my experience with others!
