Hostess was very slow. Showing friends things on her phone. Took too long seating is. Older woman. Not friendly. Server was good. Very friendly. Quick with drinks and appetizers. Ribs were great. Meatloaf tasted like a microwave meal. Not good. Blooming onion was very greasy. Store looked run down. Varnish peeling off tables. Tape holding booth seat together.
POOR customer service, unskilled & very rude workers at hostess station & food wasn't good. I called ahead and told him it was my mom's 82nd birthday and they did absolutely nothing when they told me they would sing for her.

Slow think only one waiter -one fillet cooked wrong, brussel sprouts not only undercook , we’re not even -were as close to raw as could be -huge hard as a rock and other than olive oil had nothing no seasoning no brown sugar no balsamic vinegar no Parmesan cheese nothing but three raw slices of red pepper as accent on top of skillet! Ask to have cooked more -40 minutes later had to ask for them as they never got brought back to table , doubt they were even same dish as it was still only barely cooked and had nothing but way too much oil poured on them and not a drop of anything else still bright green and hard as rocks ! First time eating in resturaunt usually order take out delivered… was not thrilled! Won’t be back -LONGHORNE Steakhouse atmosphere , smell of the grilling steaks 100% improvement over Outback! Must say while it was still hot the bloomin onion was good and the Twin lobster tail were sweet but itty bitty 2bites each for around $33 -no plate to put lobster shells -never saw waiter again unless we called at him like when fillet was overcooked and needed to be taken back -nice Manager walked over to be sure new fillet was cooked ok ! Sadly I had hoped for liking it better !Dietary restrictions: When I asked for only butter no sugar on sweet potato my request was followed ! -also had a portable oxygen machine and hostess nicely asked if we needed to be seated by an electrical outlet-had I know I would have brought the plug but it has about 4 hour battery . So that was particularly nice and rarely offered at few places

Me and my friends stopped in for lunch and really enjoyed our meal. Bryan was our server, he was funny and very attentive. Our food was cooked perfectly. We will make this our regular stop.
