New, clean Panda Express. Outstanding service, employee offered numerous samples to us and generous portions. Employee also offered fresh batches of food that was running low. Quick service and good tasting food.

Rude drive through and wrong items in my order

Walked in to an empty Panda Express with 6 people working. All of them acting busy cleaning. The guy behind the counter asked me twice what I wanted just to tell me to wait one second. Why would you ask me what I wanted if you weren’t ready to serve me? 10min go by and still yet to be served. A line starts to form. Another patron asks someone changing the trash why no one is being served. She says just one minute. Lady it’s been 10 minutes. Finally after 15 minutes of cleaning there is now a line of 10 people and they serve me. Whoever is the manager on that shift needs to be retrained. The lack of common sense makes me wonder how all of the people working there got hired. There probably wasn’t even 2 brain cells to rub together among all 6 of them.

Service horrible. Empty place and they make you wait for pickup order, cause the guy decided to take a phone call while asking me on my order. Portions are small!!!! T-Mobile Special!!!! Wow!!! Horrible all around!!!

The person in front of me waited six minutes at the window and when I pull up to the window, the woman told me I had to pull around because my food isn’t ready yet. I’m not sure how the other person gets to wait six minutes for their food, but then I have to pull up. There is no space to park there. Everything is full. So then you’re basically in everybody’s way. Like if you’re gonna have people pull up and your food takes that long to cook, you should have a place for people to park. I’m so confused at how the mall can have it go so quickly but then when you have a standalone restaurant that it goes so slowly.

The food was disgusting! I don’t know if it was the time of day or what. It was rubbery and my peppered chicken was gross. The employees some were okay and others looked so angry
