I paid extra for avocado and they never put it on my sandwich. They also forgot my chips and French baguette. They check the items off on the list on the bag but never actually put the items in the bag.

Usually i go to panera bread on the boulevard and the food is very delicious, but this one i don't think they respect the recipe, i ordered a chili soup and i felt like i was eating a cumin by itself and ended up in the bathroom right away. Last time eating here.

NOT for KIDS! No kids meals, nothing special or inviting for kids at Panera, at all! Kids meal is only a sandwich! No drink, no toy, no side! Everything else is extra to add! 35 minutes for 2 half sandwiches!

I I spent $40 asked for an extra piece of bread they charged me a dollar for a tiny piece . generally they will give me one piece extra at no charge . I said something because I was surprised and the supervisor could have cared less about good customer service.. hope the .99 cents was worth losing a regular customer
