Oh taraaa

I went in yesterday after work for a quick dinner and when i got my mac and cheese to eat in, i saw a dead fly in it. This is place needs to work on better hygiene as it lacks cleanliness.

I just wanted to say I had an awful experience at this panera. The manager dana came up in my friends ear and screamed bc she was using the self service ordering system. Dana really ruins the environment of this panera in a sad way. She was also rude and abrasive to other guests and I really hope she can recover for her own attitude.

Service? Why ask when you walk up to a counter or interact with a device to get your food? That's not Service, it's selling me food. I did enjoy the food, but I also think all these places can keep them cleaner.

Not sure if this is supposed to be a joke, or if cold, barely complete sandwiches are Panera’s new norm??? So sad.

This restaurant was not as nice as other Panera Breads. The tables overcrowd the restaurant and I had a difficult time getting around in my walker. The food was average. I ordered the French onion soup which I did not like, it was tomato based soup which is really strange for French onion. My sandwich was mediocre. We did get lattes on our way out and they were good.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is very crowded with furniture which makes it difficult for anyone with mobility issues to get around.

One of the best Paneras we've been to in a long time. Tried the one in Princeton, Ewing, Langhorne. This location had best overall experience. We had pre-ordered and everything was as requested. Warm and freshly prepared.

The quality of the food in all Panera breads are not longer the same but this location has got to be the worst of them all.Customer service is poor and quality in all foods are extremely sad.
