Very disappointed with my recent visit to this Papa John’s location. The AC was completely broken, and it was way too hot inside. It made waiting for my order really uncomfortable. I can only imagine how difficult it must be for the employees working in those conditions, but as a customer, it’s hard to enjoy the experience when you’re sweating just standing there. I hope they fix the AC soon because this is not acceptable for a food establishment.

Myself and a buddy have been coming here lately about 2 to 3 times a week. this day the customer service was bad from guy who cashed us out. We will take our measly 20-30 dollars a week to another pizza shop. (I think it was the manager.) The other Guy who usually serves us said we could have a free Soda next time we came. I can understand the manager not honoring that promise, but his attitude is what pissed me off. Also, extra garlic sauce request, I know it cost $1.25, but it was his attitude. Wouldn't look at me while clutching his $1.25 pearls Garlic sauce. Plenty of other pizza shop around (Taranova's across from neshaminy mall for one). They get my money from now on. Keep your $1.25 Garlic sauce.

This place is trash. The delivery driver is slow. My apartment number is on the sticker on the box and this idiot delivered to the wrong apartment then hung up in my face. I will never order from here again everyone needs to be fired. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!!
