Can't tell you how it tastes, didn't get that far. Went in and ordered a salted pretzel, they didn't have any. Ordered a pizza/pepperoni thing that's on the menu, didn't have it. Our only option were the mini unsalted pretzels. Pretty wild this place was out of almost all pretzels, when they literally only sell pretzels. She didn't even say she could make some, or how long it would be until some would be ready. Nobody else was in there, I see why. We left without anything.

Stood there for 5min + with 3 other customers and nobody could seem to get them to take any orders. Both employees talking on their phones not acknowledging customers. Had to leave.

It is illegal to charge a minimum charge on a *debit card* - no matter how many times you try to say it is not. If you can't afford the cost of doing business with cards, then become cash only.And your employee's response should not be, "Yes it is. You know, you don't have to have them."It also smelled like the Port Authority Bus Terminal.

I had to wait about 10 minutes for my no salt pretzels and when they were complete the employee gave me 10 fresh ones and the 3 old ones which were sitting there for an unspecified period of time.

I live in Florida every time I visit Philadelphia I have to bring back a lot of pretzels home. I love them. Made a mistake and had my mustard in my carry-on and they took it. My wife had the hot and spicy mustard but her was in the suitcase that was check in. I will be there on Sunday 31 to get my pretzel
