I ordered two large pizza and wings. Food was hot and fresh. Place seemed busy but the guy helping me Keith was real nice and made sure I was taken care of quickly. Just I didn’t know that Pizza Hut charge for pepper flakes.

I ordered online and waited a while and I call and they the driver took it somewhere else they were making it again and really gave me a 10 crerit when i paid i always ordrr here i canceled it my daughter goes to bed early for school thays all ypu can do i order from there all the time driver needs to get fired ty never again bad customer service and didnt let me know it happened wow

They only sent half my order, it was 49 mins Kate and cold and crusty looking when I called the store they told me they can't refund because they decided to use door dash save your money and your time and skip this place

I ordered through Uber Eats and the Uber delivery driver mixed up my order so I didn’t receive half of my meal. Uber only gave me $1.35 in a refund so this Pizza Hut made me the rest of my meal for free. Really thankful!! And they were really nice!

I just order dinner at this pizza hut online makes it easier for me talking on the phone gives me anxiety for some reason I hate making phone calls but online i messed it all up meant for delivery an hit carry out usually I'd just go get it to avoid having to try n explain and change it but tonight I have no car with me so I dreaded having to call and explain my situation but I called and spoke to worker named Keith he was on the phone with me for a few minutes and I went on an on tellin him all this n that what i did n shoulda done n he was calm and understanding and more than willing to help fix the issue he made sure everything went through and switched me over for delivery he made it a lot easier than I did that's for sure lmaybe this isnt a big deal to some but keith if u see thos i appreciated man it was a huge help got everything squared away did a good job thanks again!

I work at a salon, I am already paying 46 dollars on pizza but a delivery driver wanted to leave a bad review because I didn’t have enough to tip. lack of professionalism. delivery driver didn’t even make my pizza to be so demanding for tip. His name is John M. I don’t know if that is his actual name but seek better employees.

My husband and I ordered for pick up, so I paid and tipped over $8 in advance. Upon bringing the food home, the breadsticks AND melts we over done and very dry. One third of the melts were hard crust. VERY DISAPPOINTING, especially with food being so expensive these days. Good thing it wasn't an "eat" in establishment.
