I walked into the store at 8:30 and didn’t receive any service until 8:40 because the so-called “Team Lead” decided it was more important to continue cutting up strawberries instead of helping a customer. When my bowl was finally ready, it was thrown together and placed on the pickup table without a bag or spoon.
When I asked the “Team Lead” why my bowl wasn’t put in a bag, she dismissively replied that bags are only for online orders. I then inquired about the manager, asking if she was in the store, and was told that her name is Alia but she’s never there.
I have visited multiple Playa Bowls locations and have never had an experience this bad. The “Team Lead” was rude, unwelcoming, and visibly annoyed, making me feel like an inconvenience. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location. Instead, I’ll go to the Fairless Hills location, where I am always treated with respect and feel welcome.
I will also be sharing this terrible experience with my husband and friends who work at the nearby hospital. I’ve always enjoyed Playa Bowls, but this visit has left a very bad taste in my mouth. Horrible customer service like this is unacceptable!

Playa Bowls donated a catering order of bowls to our middle school in Bensalem for our Veterans Day celebration. The Veterans, staff, and especially the students loved it! Everything was so fresh and delicious! We had so much fun making our own bowls. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be ordering more catering!!

I frequent several playa bowls, and my opinion of the Bensalem store is a four star review. I do not give a five-star review so easily, only if a place is exceptional in all phases. I gave a four star study due to the cleanliness, service, and varieties. The complaint I have is the hair not being up in a bun or other. Yes, the hair is pulled back and a bandana around the head, but the flow of the hair is not good. Health situation with food. I have worked in the food industry, and I know their are restrictions.

My daughter brought me here and I am now obsessed...great option for something quick, tasty and fulling...the place is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful...can't wait to visit again!!
