Been buying sandwiches here for over 10 years and tonight they accidentally made the wrong sandwich, no worries accident’s happen. Called manager and he had zero remorse and says “what do you want me to do” “make new one or refund”? Asked for new one and tells me to come back. 10 minutes away. Sandwiches are way too small now. Go to Marinucci’s if you want a good hoagie. Smalls are only 4 inches and are $10 a sandwich. We will not be going back there again.
