Great Hoagies. They never let me down. Top quality. Prices are higher than wawa but welhen you eat the sandwich it will all make sense. Remember....you get what you pay for.

Haven’t even received my order yet but know it’s gonna be great. I called the store to edit my order and not only did the young man that answered the phone update my order, he pronounced my name correctly. Looking forward to an always amazing Primo

First and last time I purchased a hoagie here. It went straight in the trash, un touched, except to search for the meats that were supposed to be on it. Mostly bread and besides getting only 1 slice of one of the meats ( a couple of the others), apparently their meats are different than anything I’ve ever purchased on a regular basis as an european for decades, even in this area. Did not get a refund or at least store credit as according to them it had everything it was supposed to. I highly disagree and cannot recommend this place. Buying a roll and a salami pack at the dollar store feels like it would’ve worked about the same. It least it would not have been a surprise.

I paid 1.70$ extra for extra blue cheese crumbles on the buffalo chicken and had no blue cheese crumbles at all on the sandwich , also the rice pudding is so runny it’s like rice soup 50 bucks$ for 1 sandwich bag of chips and 1 side Not Worth It I Will Not do again

The manager/ owner needs to learn how to speK to customers and his own staff. Maybe if you had more staff or staff that felt like they were appreciated they would work harder.

Called manager and he had zero remorse and says “what do you want me to do” “make new one or refund”? Asked for new one and tells me to come back. 10 minutes away. Packaging is all ripped so I call back and ask what I should do with old sandwich and he says bring it so I can see proof. Basically saying im lying to get a free sandwich. Had to carry opened 20” chicken cutlet sandwich in car to take back and manager gives me attitude. Zero apologies or anything. Then the chicken was chewy and tossed half the sandwich. Asked for owners info and refused. When I said I’m gonna leave a bad review he said he didn’t care he not the owner. $40 wasted.IM WAITING IN A CALL BACK FROM AN OWNER OR MANAGER. I LEFT MY NUMBER AND NEVER HEARD BACK. IF YOU CAN LEAVE A RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW THEN YOU CAN CALL ME BACK. I WILL BE GOING TO THE TOWNSHIP NEXT
