Been buying sandwiches here for over 10 years and tonight they accidentally made the wrong sandwich, no worries accident’s happen. Called manager and he had zero remorse and says “what do you want me to do” “make new one or refund”? Asked for new one and tells me to come back. 10 minutes away. Packaging is all ripped so I call back and ask what I should do with old sandwich and he says bring it so I can see proof. Basically saying im lying to get a free sandwich. Had to carry opened 20” chicken cutlet sandwich in car to take back and manager gives me attitude. Zero apologies or anything. Then the chicken was chewy and tossed half the sandwich. Asked for owners info and refused. When I said I’m gonna leave a bad review he said he didn’t care he not the owner. $40 wasted.IM WAITING IN A CALL BACK FROM AN OWNER OR MANAGER. I LEFT MY NUMBER AND NEVER HEARD BACK. IF YOU CAN LEAVE A RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW THEN YOU CAN CALL ME BACK. I WILL BE GOING TO THE TOWNSHIP NEXT

Ok I’ve been there a couple times now and the owner or manager that takes the orders same person each time I e been there has a very short attitude almost seems like he’s ready to jump down your throat if you make a mistake ordering he is not polite at all doesn’t say thank you proof I just don’t like him I won’t be going back to this location

My grandma and mom were craving Hoagies so I recommended primo. Here's her text to me "Not very good. Disappointed with primo. The bread was hard, there was little meat and it didn't come with oil and vinegar (which made it dry)." Not sure what happened or if it's just this location but I guess I won't recommend again.
These hoagies are always delicious and made fresh. My favorite primo is the Sharp Italian my husband favorite is the Mild Italian.Parking: Open parking

Today I went to order for a hoagie roast beef sandwich. I was checking over and over whether bread was soft or not, because my twins will not be able to bite it if it is hard. The cashier told us that it is soft, when my twins tried to bite the bread it was very hard and cold. Very poor quality sandwich.

I ordered a Old Fashioned Meatball and Of course THE MESSED IT UP !! When I called to place my order and whoever I spoke with was RUDE ! Asked for the meatballs on the side, never got the bread. NEVER said I don't want the BREAD. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. This is the second time they can not follow directions!
