I dont think I have ever been to this location without there being an issue. Last week it was brown lettuce and they ran out of guacamole. Today there is no chicken available and its only 4pm with a 20 minute wait aka no one is paying attention. I shouldn't even mention the employee that took 3 tries to wrap a burrito, that should be training 101.
I would blame the management for not preparing the workers with foresight into how to run a business. The atmosphere is always quiet and awkward and the pace is nail grindingly slow.

This location is like no other I've ever been to!! The employees Angelina & Violeta are the sweetest, most helpful girls I've ever met! I got a really good bowl with some substitutions and they made it up to perfection!!

All I have to say is that Anthony is absolutely the man/ woman (not sure on their pronouns). He was so kind and respectful. He was attentive and put just the right amount of food. Definitely hold on and value that one! Will definitely be coming back. These other bad reviews are just crazy!

The Birria Beef is tasty. Great location. Service was fast. Make sure you get some guacamole and chips too. I prefer to get the bowl, and a tortilla on the side. This location is near shopping too. The spicy queso is good too.

Sadly low quality ingredients, overcooked rice, old oil, unseasoned. The workers were incredibly nice and polite but the food was just not as I remember Qdoba. Not sure if it's just this location or the chain. The pickled onions were pretty tasty though!

It’s seems like every time I come in I run into Angelina. She is always so kind and courteous. Today her and her team were getting hammered with orders and looked extremely busy. Angelina was running all over the place making online orders, serving in-store customers, and making sure the rest of her staff was doing okay. All the while she was training someone on his very first day.
