It’s seems like every time I come in I run into Angelina. She is always so kind and courteous. Today her and her team were getting hammered with orders and looked extremely busy. Angelina was running all over the place making online orders, serving in-store customers, and making sure the rest of her staff was doing okay. All the while she was training someone on his very first day.

Got order completely wrong, missing 3 ingredients wasn’t even close. Submitted a help ticket just hoping for at least a free entree or something and I got completely ghosted no response back
UPDATE - took a while but Got a free entree. Changed from 1 star to 3

We got the wrong order, came back, they completely remade our order and even gave us free chips and queso. 5 star customer service. Raises all around!

I was greeted when I walked in the door by Angelina who took my order. She was kind and polite with a bubbly personality. I had a Chipotle chicken burrito, no beans, brown and white rice, spicy quezo, Mexican street corn, cheese, guacamole, and salsa. It was huge and I thought no way will she be able roll this. It was then I found out not only is Angelina beautiful but she rolls a mean burrito. She also recommended I try a brownie. The burrito was the INCREDIBLE.!!!! Too full to eat the brownie. Guess that will be tomorrow.
