Love the place so much! Always good food and the best, most friendly service ever. Not rushed, eager to help but never a nuisance.

I will go back but my first experience was not the best.I ordered medium rare steak as well as my son. They came out well done. They did ask if they could cook another one for us but I don't like wasting food so we ate it as is. Other then that the service was good as well as atmosphere.

We have been to another Quaker Steak & Lube (Buckhorn, PA of Route 80 and one in Altoona). This one is not the same as those we've been to previously. You can tell this is a recycled diner ( I think it was called Michael's). Odd mixture of half renovated, with a mix of old diner booths and then new tables. Sloppy paint, plywood walls and an oddball revolving door? The deck out back looks new and clean. Doesn't live up to the other locations I've been too in terms of a theme that "the Lube" normally presents. The server was "new" as she put it. The food was good, but the service was slow. We asked for ketchup twice, and napkins three times. Ketchup came at the end of our meal after we really didn't need it. Napkins = never came. So for this particular location, we will pass on a return visit.

We have been in the past and Fran is great... tonight, it was terrible. 4 people, 4 meals - 2 cooked wrong. We sent 2 back---took 30 minutes to get food back. 1/2 of group already done eating....told by manager that our food will be comp'd. Bill comes and the opposite is done. They double- charged then comp'd one each---in essence , did nothing. What a mess- finally straightened out but ruined our good night out!

Decided to try this place as a friend recommended it.The waitress was very nice and friendly but that’s the only reason I’m giving it a star. The place had flies constantly landing in our table and the tables around us.We heard the customers in the next booth say they had enough and left, their food was delivered to an empty table. We hung around but it was disgusting as it just felt dirty. The drink I order too be honest tasted like dishwater with a hard double of tequila but was suppose to be the Luberita blueberry but nah just tasted awful. The starters were great except they didn’t have any pickles so we were offered extra onion rings which was fine. The sliders I ordered were just a mess. The sliders didn’t have coleslaw or anything else except the meat and sauce. My wife’s burger was offered which way to cook (pink or no pink) she opts for no pink and sure enough that came out perfect and she loved it.Over all, the flies, the food and nearly getting killed by the patio set outside when leaving was the bad side of this trip. Not sure what my mate was blabbing about, we may try again sometime in the future.

Once upon a time 2900 Street Road was the home of one of our favorite breakfast spots The Great American Diner, when that closed Pub 2900 took over and currently Quaker Steak & Lube takes residence. They offer all the typical bar fare and a multitude of wing flavors to choose from. TIP don't fear the Smoky jalapeño honey! The sauce is spicy and sweet with not as much heat as one would assume. In addition to regular menu there are several lunch specials to choose from offering all you can eat house made chips, fries or broccoli. Our waitress Heather was quite friendly, kept our drinks filled and checked in with us often. As for our order, the wings were perfect. The fried mozzarella was creamy inside and had a crispy outer coating. The house made chips were crispy and seasoned just right. Not much praise for meal itself the burger ordered medium was delivered well done and the pulled pork sandwich was lacking in all areas. You will find plenty of indoor and outdoor seating as well as multiple TVs to watch. If your looking for snack foods this place is on point and all in all worthy of a try. If it is a real meal you seek then I would pass.

Seen this place on my way to do some shopping B on street road. Checked out the menu online and said I would check it out next time I'm in the area. Well I was in the area today and tried it. Very interesting place. They took over a pub that had previously been there but looks like they tried to add there look but was too cheap to remove some of the old furniture. You walk in and see a motorcycle & a police car but then your seated in seashell seats lol They offer lunch specials mon-fri until 4pm and happy hour also mon-fri 4-6. Ordered the gyro and steak sandwich. Both were pretty good. Got the $3 drinks off happy hour menu. The lube'n'ade was nasty just tasted like lemon juice. The lube island tea was a solid drink. Mozzarella sticks were the same type you for m get from Friday's which I'm not a fan of. The quesadilla lacked flavor it came with sour cream, slightly brown lettuce and "pico" maybe some salsa would of helped with some flavor. One of the biggest issues I had and I'm sure other patrons did also was the flies in the restaurant. It was getting pretty annoying when your trying to drink and a fly lands on your straw. Overall I probably wouldn't return.

Excellent ghost pepper wings! It got my nose running but I was still able to taste all the other flavors in the dry rub that they used. Nicely done!

The service was amazing and we loved the food. The chips and cheese appetizer is outstanding, as are the onion rings and the jalapeño honey sauce. Will definitely be back!

For my first time at Quaker Steak & Lube, I was very satisfied and overly impressed with the management and the way the workers greeted us when entering! Our waitress Heather was outstanding and on top of everything for our table. She greeted us with a smile and made us feel very welcomed for our first time eating here! The food was amazing and I will definitely be eating here again!
