Awesome service! Carol is such a nice person ! Kids requested a flavor she was able to find it and had it available in no time !

A friend and I stopped at this Rita’s to see if they have Key Lime which is my absolute favorite. Carol said she would make it as a request, no questions ansked and this absolutely made my day! I rarely see Key Lime on the menu and to know this special request was available is amazing. She also had me write my information down so I could be notified when they’re making it again! Carol was so kind and accommodating for something simple like Key Lime water ice, would recommend this Rita’s a million times over!

I love this store, the manager Crystal is amazing. She’s always so happy and goes out of her way to make my crazy requests for treats. I have observed her with the little ones, she always gives them samples to make sure they are going to be happy with their treat choices. She is very quick and on point. She is my reason for only going to this store. And Paula the assistant manager in the evening is also amazing and attentive to what I order. I love this store and the managers. Kudos Crystal and Paula thank you for always making my experience enjoyable.

The servers were so kind and friendly! So refreshing to great service!

Kid-friendliness: The server was such a nice guy who was super patient with my kiddo and helped him pick out a great treat. He got a blendini with Oreo ice, vanilla custard and Oreo toppings. It was delicious!
