I would give it 0 stars, but that is not an option. Orders are often incorrect. I don't understand what the issue is with that, but when I call in they telled at me. I just had a simple question and they stated that "I call and complain and they have my record". I've honestly never called and complained at all. I've called this one time with a question. I can understand why people call and complain now. Horrible customer service and treatment. My only guess is that they have so many complaint calls that they don't know and definitely don't care about the person calling. It's a shame to be treated so poorly. The rude person was the one that answered @2:13 today. Just stating that in case the restaurant cares who is losing them business.

They don't wash there hands or use hand sanitizer. I saw way too many employees there handle food and money, with the same gloves on or no gloves at all and get your food. When you bring it to there attention they act as if your the problem.

When ill try to order sushi but u don’t know the name and they don’t wanna help me I don’t know why I have to learn Japanese to order some sushi in here or what definitely not recommend this place now before they was friendly but not now

I can't say anything other than the food is amazing.
I have gone a few times to this place and all those prior experiences were okay. The food for the most part was pretty good. The service as well until now was also nice. However after the experience I had today I’m not sure I would go back. I went with just one other person. We each ordered two rolls which were great and then had mochi ice cream for dessert that ended having a weird frozen grainy texture. We ended up not even eating half of it so it was pretty much a waste. The bill ended up being $45.05 without tip. We paid just the bill and as we got up to leave the waiter came around demanding that we leave the SUGGESTED tip of $7. That their work as servers “isn’t free” (as if we didn’t pay our bill and the bill itself stated the tip to be a suggestion NOT MANDATORY). Like I said I have had good experiences in the past with this place but that interaction left a really bad taste in my mouth. At the end of the day a tip is not obligatory and to confront a PAYING customer like that is unprofessional.

Medium Rare NY Steak 9 Oz with Rice and Miso Soup only $ 15 is a good deal. The $21 Beef Teriyaki Dinner Box is big for a guy. I don't like the Mango Tuna Sushi ? , because the Tuna doesn't like real Tuna which is just some choppy things inside the rice rolls. Mango favoured Pieces are not expected.

I have never had a bad experience here. The food is always delicious, the atmosphere is always quiet and peaceful, and the price-to-portion size is very fair here. My fiance and I go here all the time and will continue to do so.
