I should have listened to my gut and my nose. The place smelled terrible when I walked in and all of the windows were foggy! It felt like it was too hot to have fresh food on hand. I've been up since 2am vomiting and with diarrhea and it smells like it did when I walked into this Saladworks last night. I am now in bed regretting ever walking into this place and probably never will again! I hope they shut down!

Went in for a salad and got nasty brown lettuce. I saw the girl scooping the lettuce and saw there was brown lettuce in there as she was scooping but didn't say anything bc the manager was nothing but nasty so didn't want to start a confrontation. How she didn't notice it is beyond me. It should be inspected quickly before making a salad. She was in nothing but a rush to close down. As more people showed up, she mumbled a bunch of stuff in disgust to her coworker who was also making salads. She has no smile, no customer service skills. I felt insanely uncomfortable being in there. Then this is not the first time they "ran out of rolls" aka didn't want to make more probably. I wasn't born yesterday. I used to work retail. I get it, they want to leave but this is a job they signed up for. They don't like it, they should move on instead of bringing down the company's reputation.

I came and got the pic for two the girl messed up my whole order barely gave me any food and no turkey no sides you get up to five side in your salad and I got like two sides combined together then I ask for a additional side a boiled egg and she couldn't even understand what I was saying or my husband didn't understand either one of us and they are all kids working in there

I order saladworks on the way home from work. They always have it ready, fresh and delicious. It is very convenient for a busy or long day at work. Good variety of salads.
I have been to this location several times over an extended period of time and I have never seen an adult in the store. I am not saying that there "needs" to be...but there should be. Also, there is always music on (not loud) but it is only noticeable when you are trying to order and can't hear what the teenage store owner is saying.
