I visited Salad Works on Street Road today and was quite disappointed with my experience. Typically, I pay around $15 for a salad that includes two added proteins, but during this visit, the cashier forced me into a custom salad and charged extra for the chicken and other add-ins. In the end, I paid $23.81, which was significantly more than I usually spend. I should have walked out. Overall, I was not happy with the service and the unexpected cost, and I will not be returning to this Salad Works ever again.

This location has dramatically cut down on the amount of food they give you in a create your own salad. We used to be able to save half our salad for later, which made the cost of $15 well worth it. But now, you get 50% less - so $15 seems astronomic in cost! Will be making our own salads at home going forward.

Last 2 Salads purchased were a huge disappointment. First time it happened I just brushed it off. Today's salad was the same way...minimal amount of everything except the lettuce. They are skimping on all ingredients. Hardly any pasta, turkey or tomatoes. Even the dressing containers are smaller. Definitely not worth the price they charge so my last salad from at least this salad works. I'll try another location and see if it is just this particular location ripping you off.

Paid $15 for a create your own salad and water & still left not even full… Use to come here atleast twice a week and loved how they would give you your moneys worth and actually fill the bowls to the lids. Not anymore, when i asked for more she said “well you’ll be charged extra” and let it be known she wasn’t even filling the serving spoons all the way. There was a huge gap between the salad and lid which I’ve never seen here. Bowl wasn’t even full. Disappointing !!

Fresh, DELICIOUS, and nutritionally balanced meals. Cheerful staff, clean dining area. Music is a touch loud, but the food and staff exceed expectations. Take home or eat in. Each salad is made to your specifications, or choose 1 of their recommended combos.

I should have listened to my gut and my nose. The place smelled terrible when I walked in and all of the windows were foggy! It felt like it was too hot to have fresh food on hand. I've been up since 2am vomiting and with diarrhea and it smells like it did when I walked into this Saladworks last night. I am now in bed regretting ever walking into this place and probably never will again! I hope they shut down!
