I forgot the name but there was just 1 hispanic guy working here during the evening and he took really good care of my family. We ordered like 10 pizzas and he cranked them out pretty fast and were perfectly made. Thank you!!

I love the food because it reminds me of my favorite pizza place when I lived in NY. However, the service is really really bad. There are days when you try to call in, the phone is disconnected and you can’t do anything about it. There have been times I called in an order and was told 15-20 minutes, I get there and the pizza takes another 30 minutes to get ready. So a total of almost 45 minutes to an hour to get my pizzas. If the place was mobbed or I saw them making 10 pizzas, I wouldn’t complain, but this is while I’m the only customer there and no other pizzas are being worked on. This has happened to me many times. I really wanted to write a good review because I want the place to stick around, but with the service being this bad I’m not sure they will. I want to recommend this spot to my friends and family but I don’t because I know there is a high likelihood that their experience will not be good. I would give less than 3 stars if I didn’t feel nostalgic over the food. Hopefully whoever owns the place reads this and gets things in order. If you order here 10 times, 8 times out of the 10 you will have a bad experience with the service.Edit: changing to 2 stars after waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes for my pizzas.
