Disgusting attitude towards the client I ordered coffee without sugar, they made it with sugar, when it came I said that they changed mine, they said they won’t change anything, I can only order a new one, they will make me, I had to pay for them to make me another coffee and throw it out🤔

I had a disappointing experience at the Starbucks in Target on Rockhill Drive. When I accidentally broke a cup, I was ready to take responsibility and pay for it. Instead of a friendly response, the Asian barista was extremely rude, making a face and harshly telling me to pick up the pieces and put them on the table. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and left a sour impression on my visit. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Great, but why can't these employees have a tip jar? I can't understand Starbucks policy that employees at locations in other stores can't have tip jars. Do they not deserve it after giving excellent service?

I can't help but feel like my order was botched because I didn't tip. I typically tip, but when it comes to paying 12 dollars for two cups of coffee, I'm already overpaying. I received one straw for two drinks, and this "caramel ribbon crunch" which tastes horrible. Growing up, most establishments that rely on tips recieve low wages but thats not necessarily the case with starbucks.Also, not to mention that we really shouldn't support starbucks. They redacted statements made on their website about supporting Zionism (closest modern day ideology to nazism), following protests and boycotts. While the Israeli occupation (manifestation of zionism) is glamorized and celebrated in the US, Americans are intentionally left unaware of all the implications of zionism through US propaganda. Such as, burning children alive, killing innocent people, stealing homes from family, and racial (jewish) superiority. I'm actually highly educated in political ideologies, so please look into this using nonbiased credible sources.So there you have it, a review on how cautious one should be when visiting this location, and a very short description of the greatest scandal in US history.

Going shopping wait in line for 15 minutes only to be told they don't have any coffee. Really you could not have said anything while I waiting in line.
Not really a fan on processed foods. I do like the cinnamon buns I like the bottled water
Dietary restrictions: I think they may have just cstering to people having dairy restrictions. Their concession area at Lankanau is great because it meets dietary needs. However, the one on City Ave at 47th St. Can improve. Customer service at both places is good

Closing time is listed as 8pm. I visited the store prior to 8pm and they were closed. Should adhere to what is listed as store closing time, as people can drive out of their way to get there before closing only to be met with employees closing down the store.

An associate didn’t know how to use a reward card and load it. Ended up paying additIonAl $2 of the order from my credit card. There was cinnamon in my caramel macchiato and no caramel and instead of 2 ham and cheese croissants I received 2 danish. Dissatisfied

Went and ordered 2 coffees and when i got them they tasted terrible. My boyfriends had way to much milk and mine tasted like straight dirt. So we went back and asked for them to remake them and when we got home (i hadn’t drunken mine yet) i opened it because it felt light and the cup wasn’t full. $11 for coffee and i can’t even get a full cup?
