I ordered this steak and cheese sandwich with green peppers, onions and lettuce. It has next to nothing on it lmao. Literally 4 tiny pieces of onion and 4 tiny pieces of pepper on it. What a rip off. Sandwich is paper thin and cost $15.45.
First time ordering from location online. Took it home and order was missing a lot on ingredients. No cheese, no mayo, no onion. Both sandwiches wrong.
So, I recently moved here before 4 days and I wanna try something delicious so I went to the subway and there were two girls working over there. They guys were so friendly with the positive energy and good vibes. Every place was clean over there and I ate sub which was delicious 🤤 with the good quantity. So, I liked everything over there and if you want to eat good quality with the quantity so go over here. #HONESTREVIEW #OWNEXPERIENCE
This store is my local lunchtime favorite. They’re quick, accurate and always greet with a smile! I get taken care of quite regularly and I always tip.

today i went to this exact subway and this employee named hetvi was very rude to me and she was saying curse words to me in another language called gujrati she didn’t know i knew the language because iam hispanic and i had the worst experience ever will never go here again.
This was a terrible experience would not recommend This establishment, the manager is rude and Hung up in my face, she sounds like she was the owner did not replace my sandwich argue

Food is good but female employee is really rude. She got mad because i ordered more for a few ingredients on the sandwich. The way she talked to me was very rude but i simply didnt want to get to the same level since my rudness would be worse. I simply told her to do what she can and that she shouldnt be asking me how do the sandwich since she was the employee and not me. She should have the experience already. She shouldnt be working with the public. Sadly subway has become a place nobody wants to go anymore because of language barrier, prices, stores not been clean and employees been super rude.
I went in to purchase two footlong subway sweet onion teriyaki chicken subs with a newspaper coupon I cut out for 2 foot long subs for 13.99. The woman working behind the counter told me that I could only choose certain sandwiches from a different menu and that I couldn’t order those sandwiches with the coupon. Mind you, the coupon mentioned no restrictions on what I could order inside. I was forced to order the sandwiches online using a different deal which was more expensive than the coupon I had. While waiting for my order, it crossed my mind to see if I could use the coupon online when ordering since it also had a code printed on the coupon. I then proved my suspicion by being able to order the same sandwiches online through the subway website using the coupon she told me I could not use. I feel as though the woman had no idea of what she was talking about or she expected me to be ignorant and pay full price instead.

I regret to inform you that I encountered subpar customer service during my recent visit to your establishment. Despite placing an online order while taking advantage of the advertised promotion, I was informed upon arrival that the location was not participating in the promotion. The staff member who assisted me, a young woman, displayed a lack of courtesy and professionalism by abruptly issuing a refund for my prepaid online order without any attempt at resolving the situation or offering an apology. While her colleagues demonstrated politeness and expressed regret over the inconvenience, the aforementioned individual disrupted the otherwise cordial atmosphere.
As a loyal customer of over a decade, I understand that certain locations may choose not to participate in promotions. However, it is crucial to ensure that such offers are disabled online to prevent misleading customers and causing unnecessary frustration.

Ordered from the app at the participating location for buy one get one offer. And they voided the order on arrival, and then were impolite about it also.
Resulted in me losing the offer and no sub.

We drove across town to this location to use the Subway promo which on the app THEY CLAIM THEY ACCEPT AND WILL CHARGE YOU FOR IT
but then they have the audacity to cancel the order ONLY AFTER TAKING YOUR MONEY
