03/20/2024. Disgusting dirty place dirty dry vegetables unclean vegetables only an insane person will ever buy here again. Subway on street road and knights road is one of the worst. Never ever again. Unhealthy and dangerous subway.

It seems like this location over the years has declined. The prices have increased but the quality and quantity of the food has decreased.....at times you can wait up to 10 minutes to order, and some of the male employees seem like they don't want to be there.....no effort, enthusiasm, or professionalism.....Oftentimes, you don't even get a decent amount of toppings on your hoagie for the prices you pay.....I used to enjoy eating there, but lately I just go elsewhere and get better service.

My last visit, I ordered my usual chicken teriyaki sandwich.....the younger girl seemingly rushed to get my order.....she asked what I wanted on it and I told her, in which she tried adding 2 things I didn't request and also didn't fully warm up the hoagie.......it was lukewarm at best....lastly anytime I request the sweet onion sauce, I always make it a point to say very little please, and yet she added way more than that.....

I haven't been to a Subway in quite awhile, so it was time to get my sub on!I ordered "The Outlaw" - steak with pepper jack cheese, green peppers, Baja Chipolte Sauce on Artisan Italian Bread and toasted till hot!Really good and filling!Had a nice convo with Sam, who is a grad student working part time here. Very friendly and helpful.

Stopped in this past Friday evening. This used to be a pretty good Subway location. Staff looked miserable and were not friendly to customers. Was yelled at by staff b/c I was accused of cutting ahead of another customer when that customer wasn’t standing at the “order here” area. The other customer was standing off to the side looking at the menu.I also noticed the staff are cutting the vegetables extremely thin to pinch pennies. As a result of this, my sub wasn’t enjoyable due to not being able to taste the extremely sliced thin cucumbers, green peppers, & onions. It appears the owner is being cheap to pinch pennies b/c the veggies were never like this before.Due to the miserable/unfriendly staff, along with having a horrible sub, I’ll be heading to the Subway inside the Walmart in Bensalem, moving forward. You’ve now lost a regular customer of at least 10 years. If this Subway wasn’t located at a busy intersection, they’d already be closed. Stay away from this Subway store.

1st time my husband ordered there. He was pleased with his sandwich. I did taste it and was pleasantly surprised with the favor.
And place an order through the app the SUBWAY® app and it didn’t show that they had white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies and my DoorDash came with no drinks or chips that I ordered so I proceeded to call the store spoke to some lady I drove down to the store to pick up the rest of my order I get back to work and I’m still missing a drink something should really get done

First time to this store & they got overwhelmed w/ in minutes !!!! That tells you good store. Only 2 people working. Luckily we got there before a order of 15 was placed, OMG !!! His facial expression was priceless.

So, I ordered two footlongs online so all I'd have to do was pick them up. I get there at the time they're to be ready and instead I'm told that they ran out of the one sandwich I ordered. They offered another type at the same cost but I just had him make me a plain cheesesteak. The 2nd sandwich I asked for extra mayo and they went crazy with it and I wind up with a mayo footlong. Haven't eaten at Subway in a long time. This will be the last time. Oh and...clean that dirty store!

My wife and I went I ordered my sandwich and my wife ordered a turkey sandwich. Would you believe they didn't put any meat on the sandwich. It was all vegetables. Part of the problem is staff doesn't hardly understand the English language.
