We called and confirmed the restaurant was open until midnight on 8/16 and called again to let them know a few tables of people would be coming in around 10 after a show that night. When we arrived at the restaurant, one of our group asked for a table for 11 people. Everyone was present. We waited over ten minutes when the hostess came back to tell us the restaurant would be closing and they were no longer seating anyone. Applebees was very happy to seat us all and we will head there after the next show.

Experience was outstanding! Texas bbq burger was absolutely delicious. My server, Hailey, was sweet and super cool. Manager Ms. Michelle was really welcoming and accommodating with our large party. I’m so grateful and will definitely be returning! Be sure to look out for their grand reopening coming soon!!!!

We went there on black Friday and the tvs in the whole restaurant was not working the entire time we were there ,even after 2 different attempts from 2 different bar tenders telling the manager on the phone and the manager didn't even have the decency to come out and apologize to us for it ! We sat there for hours with no TV and had to watch it on our phones ! I have called and emailed about this ,with no one calling me or emailing back about it .We spent lots of money there that night and have went there plenty of times and probably will never go to this location again because of their unprofessionalism and no courtesy to at least come out apologize so the bartenders didn't have to do it for you or call me or email me back about this issue.

This is a good Friday’s. They closed the NYC locations (RIP) and we took the opportunity to get potato skins and green bean fries on the way back from a weekend away. Really delicious and carefully packed. When we walked in to grab the food, we were greeted warmly by a server. Also the bathrooms were very clean. 10/10 would recommend.
