According to the former GM, this location’s walk in fridge sat at temps of 55-60 degrees Fahrenheit from Sep. 21st - 23rd.

Food has since been removed by the health inspectors but just a heads up for the future!

Super awsome money saver for us we had the grand kids for the Labor Day weekend . Wow got the $5 biggie bags for two of us nugget ,fries and chicken sandwich ,and the $7 biggie bag double stack bacon burger,nuggets ,fries, for the other three plus $1 each frosty for each of us. Yippy saved lots of money after a fun day at Neshaminy State Park .

We all had a terrific day.

They are horrible they food always cold the people that work there are rude my niece just tried to get a job there they sent her on a run around they made her come in for a interview she went they made her reschedule then she go back just to be told that they not hiring by somebody that’s not even a manager Smh

So many things wrong with this location so where do we start? Ok, the Fries were soggy and almost cold so that means they were sitting around for a long time. The 'Nuggies' as Andy Reid likes to call them were old and luke warm, again as someone who worked in a restaurant that means Yep sitting around for a long time. The Double Stack is Now the size of a White Castle burger or as they are called these days 'A Slider'. What a disgrace Wendy's has become. This location was empty and that should have been our First indication it was a Total Crap Hole because it was. AVOID this location at all costs.

We order biggie bags the chicken BLT. Got home no bacon , no lettuce and no tomato only a piece of chicken and mayo really. Now this isn't the first time it happened. But it will be the last time as we will not be going back any time soon.

I ordered a Plain Jr bacon cheeseburger, 2 baconator fries and one other sandwich as well as a large chili at 9:40 pm of this day, only to get home and find out it was missing the JBC. I called up and told them about it. I wasn't even mad as I used to work over at this location a while back when Mel was still around and still know some of the people that still works there and was totally aware that mistakes can and will happen specially if busy, but as soon as I told them about the missing order over the phone they hanged up. I tried to dial them I few more times but no answer. I eventually came to the location and place another one. It was the MOD who's at the DT now and I told her how I wasn't trying to make a scene and how calmly I explained what happened and she just handed me the missing order like that could've been so much better if not for the part of being hanged up on. Uncalled for, very unprofessional and they were even peeking at the DT window giggling and laughing like they were very happy with the disrespect they did. I remember being interviewed by the owner I think his name and my name sounded a like not sure if it was Eron or something like Aaron but he's nice and I know he wouldn't want this kind of quality of service. Overall I wouldn't recommend going to this location between the hrs of 9pm until closing if you keep having these kids act like they can do whatever it'll be the cost of something that would directly affect your business. Flora and Naomi they're kind workers and they do an amazing job whenever on shift not quite sure if they're still working there. Anyway I hope they do better and realize that they're actions actually hurts the business.
