Horrible customer service at the window n ordering … full of anger and attitude like they don’t want none to order anything I was to scared to even order more then a nugget meal because the attitude during my order was horrible… the restaurant looked very dirty from the window and the guy working had long pony tail with his hair flying around .. I will never ever go back horrible place to ELSE where the chicken nuggets are so fried from dirty oil .. just terrible

Waited more than 40 min our food when there was nobody their hearing screaming bad words back kichichen form staff highly not recommend with that team there and our cheese burger was not cooked will nuggest was overcooked and the tenders it was disgusting

DO NOT STOP HERE AS THEY WILL ROB YOU! I’ve stopped here twice and both times I’ve both a double stack biggie bag and was charged $8.16. I never got the receipt the first time and insisted on one the second time only to see that I was charged for a MEDIUM bacon double stack. I was in a rush so I took it and left only to have no bacon and cold and dried French fries! I never asked for bacon. They overcharge you on purpose.

It was an unpleasant experience overall. On top of the strange one sided conversation, the fries and nuggets were bitter because of how old that oil was. I had to toss it all in garbage. Just because it's a chain, doesn't make it consistent, the owners must put some effort into the quality of food at least and it possible into customer service and communication.

Dirty, there was no ice. I ordered three chicken strips and I got one full strip and two little burnt nubs. The soda was flat.... Ect
Just had the worse experience ever here. While ordering the cashier did not pay attention to anything i ordered. I orderd 2 plain chicken sandwich biggie bags, she wrong them in as blt chicken. I ordered a double stack hamburger and was wrong in as a bacon double stack . Had to correct them all .no to how the order came out .. the one chicken sandwich had mayo and lettice on despite the slip saying plain. The hamburger double stack came out as a cheeseburger. The fries were old and nasty. The jbc had shredded lettuce on it ketchup.. had no idea they changed how they were made . Burgers were cold and gross. Buns were dry and and stale. Idk what was going on with this but the worse experience i have had here.

Out of all the Wendy's I ever been too, This is by far the worse Wendy's to go to. Save your time and frustration and go to another one. Double and triple check your bags before leaving, because if you realize you are missing a 4 piece nugget be ready to have a battle with the workers. Or if you are bored, Go to this Wendy's and sit back and watch a WWF show from the employees. Yeah, I'm not returning.
