What I experienced today with the gm Justin and the other night time management they were so unprofessional they literally fired somebody. It was so embarrassing. They couldāve took the kid into the office, but instead they humiliated him and embarrassed him in front of everybody, screaming and swearing at him so unprofessional and Iām in the process of filing a complaint, but the general manager will not give me his name and neither will the nighttime one. I will find out and Iām reporting this because I literally came to eat and I had to give this poor kid a ride home because they literally kicked him out and told him to leave told him to leave the store and then they called the cops on him

I stopped in for 2 breakfast burritos and z vanilla ice coffee on my way to take a walk through Bentleyville.. The breakfast burritos came fast and were warm . I ate one and shared the other one with my dogs. Hey they liked it also .

I stopped in on a Wednesday evening around 8pm. The dining room door was locked even though itās open till 9p. Jocelyn came to the door and said she closed cause they were short staffed and busy. But only one car in the drive thru and at least 4 workers for a place thatās never busy at 8p. I said need to change the sign on the door then cause this isnāt the first time itās been closed early she proceeded to flip me off and call me the f word and walk away. I go to this Burger King all the time and they are all younger kids and itās always been great till now. I waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes and didnāt get waited on either

Always forget atleast somthing this is the third time at my local restaurant in a row where we are asked to sit out front no issues there but 20 to 30 minutes is kinda wild I think it would help if they possibly hired more people or changed who they hire
