It’s always nice to be able to go in to a local restaurant where everyone knows you and you are treated as family. The owners, cooks, and wait staff are amazing and the food is always delicious.

We went for breakfast, the hostess was friendly and attentive. Then from there it went down hill! Service was slow and we watched as patrons that came in after us got up their food before we did - waited over 25 minutes. Needless to say we left and will not be back!

I grew up in Bentleyville, and the last time I was in this building, it was a bank! Love that they kept the antique safe in the back! I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and fast, friendly service. The food was very good ... definitely a step up from the old Carlton! ?

Fresh & delicious breakfast. Tuscan Omelet was excellent. Hubby had the tatertot dish and loved it. Kim, our server was great!! Cute place - old bank with safe in back with bar where it looks like the regulars hang.

I’m sad to say that this place has really gone down hill. Half of my hashbrowns were not edible they were so burnt and I was missing a piece a bacon. The bacon also used to be better. I used to love coming here but it is just not worth the price to have to complain about your food just to get what you are paying for. I hope it gets better! The staff is nice but my waitress went MIA so another waitress helped me resolve my issues.

Service was friendly and welcoming from both our waitress and who I presume is the owner, whom I talked to on the way out. They both gave me credit for my appetite which is always fun for me. They also had classic rock playing. ?
The pancakes were fluffy and I got mine with pecans on top and caramel chips inside. I'm pretty sure they give you real butter too. The biscuits and gravy were solid and the hashbrowns were crispy and not at all soggy like some places serve them. The sausage was really good because the bottom was caramelized and it gave it that little boost of flavor. The bacon was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, which is just how I like it. I have to give a shoutout to the apple fritter French toast too; it's a unique menu item and one of their signatures.
The building used to be a bank so it's not set up like your traditional restaurant, but it is kinda cool. They also have a rewards program where every $1 gets you a point, and every $50 gets you $5 off. They also never expire, so it's overall a great deal at no extra cost to you. They definitely care about their customers. The only things that I can think of to complain about are that the bathroom floor was quite sticky and they were out of some items. However, it didn't detract too much from the experience and I would definitely go back if I'm in the area again.
