I stumbled upon Carlton Diner in Bentleyville, PA, and it quickly became my new favorite breakfast spot! 🌞️ The atmosphere is super cozy, with a warm and welcoming vibe that's perfect for a lazy Sunday morning.
I ordered the pancakes, and oh boy, they did NOT disappoint! 🤯 These babies are HUGE - like, share-with-your-best-friend huge 😂. They were cooked to perfection, fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside, and paired with fresh fruit and whipped cream 🍓🍰. Yum!
But what really stole the show was the vintage safe that doubles as a cash register 🤑. It's like a blast from the past, and the staff were happy to crack it open and show me the loot inside 😄.
The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who knew exactly what they were doing. Prices were super reasonable, too - I paid around $15 for a massive breakfast that'd fuel me for the whole day 🚀.
*Verdict:* 4.5/5 stars. If you're in Bentleyville, Carlton Diner is a must-visit for breakfast lovers. Don't skip the pancakes - you won't regret it 😉.

Tried for the first time, and the waitress was nice, she was the only one so I understood that. But the food, yeah no. It was a waste of money. My fifteen dollar sandwich was the same size as the grilled cheese!

Truly can’t recommend this place enough! Any time we have family or friends from out of town we try and eat here. While we mainly frequent the diner for breakfast on the weekends, we occasionally enjoy their delicious food other times as well. I have a service dog and they are always welcoming to her and respectful as well which is rare to find in small towns!

It’s always nice to be able to go in to a local restaurant where everyone knows you and you are treated as family. The owners, cooks, and wait staff are amazing and the food is always delicious.

We went for breakfast, the hostess was friendly and attentive. Then from there it went down hill! Service was slow and we watched as patrons that came in after us got up their food before we did - waited over 25 minutes. Needless to say we left and will not be back!
