I think that their prices are out of line of a lot of items. Sliced Hormel pepperoni an 8oz package at Walmart is $2.99 at this Giant Eagle it costs $5.99. I have brought this disparity to their attention, but they have changed nothing. For the most part, their staff is very friendly. A relative of the owner, that works as a cashier in the evenings, is terribly unfriendly. This store is one of the smallest & somewhat dirty grocery stores I've ever shopped in !! The prices are so high I guess the only reason they do as much business as they do is because it's the only grocery store in town. At least I am able to get out of town to shop cheaper in other stores. The elderly senior citizens that can't leave town are forced to pay those prices !! The owner is making his money off of the elderly who are on fixed incomes to begin with....he should be ashamed...read full review
