ur order is never right when u get it,it is always missing something in ur order, I really dont think u should have to pay for extra sauces either for a 20 piece they only give u 3 and then ur pay for extra sauces and dont end up getting them anyway and the fries are always cold and soggy and the ice cream machine is always broke or something wrong with it. bentleyville McDonald's is the worst

The over reliance on pulling people to the thank you line and or the reserved spots when theirs only a handful of people in the line is absurd especially on an easy order I should not have to watch people behind me with larger orders get served first
And the dual ordering speakers for drive-thru is a joke I constantly get skipped over and favor of the second one (one farthest from the building)
so skimpy do better this is night shift! is this even worth the money i paid? it was a very dry burger
