I called and asked for the medium specials they had online the girl told me I can't have that unless I order online was told they had 2medium 2 toppings for 1799 I said ok and got 4 adding Xtra cheese as a topping it came to 54dollars I'm like it should only be 40 with tax and adding pan she kept getting frustrated I ordered 2 pan 2 hand tossed the 2handtossed were soggy sauce hardly any toppings I called the next day a guy told me she could have gave me the online specials he showed her how to get into the site he took my number said he would talk to manager and guess what no one ever called me back first and last time there also for my guest they won't be ordering if management would of shown they cared maybe but they don't a huge rip off

Ordered online it said ready in 15 minutes we went and were the second person in there, waited 25 minutes just for someone to talk to us ask us the name for the order than we had to proceed to wait 2 hours for our order, asked about a refund or at least partial because the wait was ridiculous and they said they couldn’t do anything for us and would not let us talk to the manager. Than after we finally got the order they didn’t give us our breadsticks and there was barely any sauce on the pizzas. never eating here again.

Ever since they paired up with door dash delivery, food takes so long to get to you! It notifies you when food is ready for pick up, when picked up, etc. It already sat there for 20 minutes when the dasher picked the order up, and now it's going on 40 minutes and still.... no food yet! I'm 7 minutes away from the store. Shouldn't take so long!! And they charge $6 for delivery? I'm never getting delivery again!!! They need to look into this big time bc ppl won't be happy!

4.5/5 was quick and efficient the store appeared to be clean from the customers pov they definitely wernt skimpy with the toppings other then the cheese, other stores could learn from this one one of the best pizza huts I’ve been too , however the lady working the store earlier today seemed to be a little annoyed and that showd would return again though

I bought a $9.99 lg pizza and they charged me 13$ for an extra topping. The young man at the desk was totally useless, and when he called his manager the manager would do nothing. Edit - manager called me and gave me an 8$ off credit, so at least they realized the deceptive business practice of not sharing store specials with their customers is a poor decision.

One of the best Pizza Huts I've ever been to. Was traveling around and getting g hungry. Figured I'd find some food and there was a pizza hut conveniently located next to a Pilot Travel Center. As soon as I walked in the place smelled clean and fresh. And I was immediately greeted by the extremely friendly and personable manager who helped me order an excellent meal that was customized to my diet restrictions. I've had issues with the quality of pizza hut as of late but this location was unlike the rest. Will definitely eat there again next time I'm in the area. 13/10

This store seemingly has a problem with fulfilling online orders. They just don't register. You order, you pay, then you wait more than hour before realizing something is wrong. Happened to me twice. The third instance was when I successfully ordered (per the site), then come to find they were out of ingredients for my order. It took me having to drive down there to discover this. Again, I've had to physically go to this shop 3+ times already. A fourth occasion involved me having to call the owner of the place on his personal cellphone. Lastly, the "Big New Yorker". It's a pizza that recently made a return after 15+ years. The first time I got one, it was legit. The second, not so much. This particular pizza has a notably sweeter sauce. The one I got on my second order of it contained no such thing. It was just big slices of whatever they normally make there. I've had enough bad experiences with this store that I won't be ordering from there again. Where's my red cups, salad bar, and 700 degree personal pan pizzas? Y'all are messing up, Pizza Hut.
