I went in at about around 7pm, this young girl, seems to be new, was working with an older guy and she seemed a bit pressured, but was very quick and neat. Other employees anytime i go to this Subway never consider removing extra veggies that may have accidentally fallen into the dish, or taking out pieces of meat that seem weird looking. She smiled the whole time and called me beautiful. Excellent service.

this place is terrible the lady courtney, completely ignorant for so many reasons rude disrespectful disgusting everything in the book and has no shame in herself and i heard from employees and confirmed that courtney (manager) don’t do nothing picks favorites and makes her employees do her tasks and will watch cams or do whatever and wait for employees to get there to open IF she’s there before them even sarah total rude woman the way she treats her coworkers is unacceptable and shouldn’t be tolerated in subway their policies need changed and new management, very disappointing

I went in to get a refund and had the item with me, but the guy was searching for the manager who was nowhere to be found. I waited over five minutes for her to show up, and when she finally did, her attitude was terrible. She kept insisting that she could only refund that one item, which felt really unnecessary. The manager was a heavier set woman with reddish hair, and honestly, she was super rude. I've never been to this Subway before since we travel a lot for work, but that lady was just gross—her nails were dirty, and it made me feel sick.
Update Pilot confirmed the managers name is Courtney.

Open but nobody there to serve you. 11:10 pm waited 10 min an no employees showed. Stopped here couple weeks ago and they were closed because their computers were down. Won't be stopping ever again. Drive past daily. Used to come 2 or 3 times a week before the renovations. Done wasting my time

I just LOVE how I can't order a SUBWAY sandwich with the SUBWAY APP! Heaven forbid SUBWAY doesn't require the store to accept it when it is an extremely simple upgrade.

She was the best sandwich artist I have ever seen. Unfortunately I dont know her name. Ryan was there and then this young lady, I want to say she was very light skin mixed black girl and I think she prefers to look more like man than woman (which is not my business and I respect to the death but just trying to describe that awesome person). Anyways, she was the nicest sandwich master chef I've ever seen. Very nice, very kind, very friendly, very cute. 10/10. Much love. ❤️?

The employee Ryan was very rude and threw my sandwich in my direction, very unprofessional. I want this man to stop working at my favorite diner. Take action against this employee, he is a disgusting dude.
Not a bad location, the building is currently under construction so everything was a bit out of place but the inside is finished being renovated and looks good. Service wasn't too bad either and I was able to get in and out in about 5 minutes. Once construction finishes up on the rest of the truck stop it should be a great location
