If you want to feel like you’ve walked into a Hallmark movie, then this is your place. Relaxing atmosphere with delicious coffee and pleasant baristas. Gluten-free treats from Platt Out Jonesin’ never disappoint and a carefully curated section of specialty gifts make this a required breakfast date when I visit Berlin.

I’ve been to the cafe twice & both times the young brunette behind the counter was rude. On my 1st visit, I was met by the owner who gave me a nice & very pleasant introduction to the place. As I went more toward the counter to continuing looking at things before ordering a coffee to go, this employee stated in a rude manner, “we close at 2!” I knew they were closing but was enjoying the conversation with the owner. As far as I am aware, an eating establishment is open until the customer leaves; no need for speaking harsh.
On my 2nd visit with family (6 of us), as we were ordering, my elderly mother repeated herself a few times. The same employee responded to her saying “I’ve got it! I wrote it down!” Also, a BLT with an egg was ordered. The sandwich came with no bacon. Really? The egg was also runny so it wasn’t appealing to eat with yoke running everywhere.
Been there twice, there won’t be a third time.

There was a lot of items for sale to check out. Plenty of seating and coffee was good. BUT not one employee there greeted us or even asked how we were. When checking out the machine was placed in front of us to check out and the girl walked away didn't say thanks...come again....have a good day...NOTHING. Just didn't feel very welcoming at all.
Food was very good and freshly made, very good coffee and daily specials. This has been my second visit and has been good food on both visits. The atmosphere and decor are very nice. The signage to this establishment is a bit hard to find. Sure would be nice if they offered a Sunday brunch.

Good drinks/ food and a very cute coffee shop
A perfect spot for some food, coffee, and browsing of very cool things for sale around the shop. Everyone who works here is amazing. The first time I walked in they made me feel like I have known them my whole life. I had also never had a cake-pop before, now I don't know how I lived without them.

This is the most laughable place I think I’ve been to. In a tiny little homey town such as Berlin they’re selling a babies sized mug for $15 and a single dish towel for $15. That’s just a couple of examples. I mean they were selling some stuff in there so expensive I laughed, out loud. It’s no new thing for local businesses to ridiculously upcharge prices and try to justify it in some silly way that never makes sense but this place goes BEYOND just upcharging. Their greed is obvious and astounding. It’s no surprise to me the place was empty. I walked in to get a few for the place and boy did I get one. Honestly seeing this, I was completely turned off to buying anything from them at all.
