The pizza is good to have once or twice a month. Its just okay. The atmosphere here is stagnant. The employees look like the place hired criminals and they aren't exactly polite but that doesnt include everyone that works there. If you're bored with dozen other pizza shops around, this one isn't a terrible place to go to on rare occasions for something different.

This place is trash. They not only refused to deliver my food because they said it was "outside of their service map..." Even though one of their "pinpoint delivery spots" is the corner by my house. I could have walked 2 minutes down the road and they would have delivered it if I ordered it that way... they let me put a mobile order through using their app before calling me and telling me i couldn't. Why is my address accepted if it is outside of their delivery map? When I eventually said I was coming to pick the food up, they canceled my order. Left a pending charge on my bank account and expected me to re-pay for the food. When I was upset 2 employees got in my face, and one even tried to come out through a side door to come after me. Horrible customer service and horrible customer interaction. They ended up throwing out the food industry went to pick up, and I ordered from OIP instead. The managers here should be ashamed of their crew and should be looking for new drivers. If your drivers can't drive on wet roads in a 4 wheel drive vehicle, they should be looking for employment they can actually do...

Awful. Their online order system never works, it will say “error” while putting a hold on your card. So then you can try and call the store, and they will put you on a 15 minute hold, then you call again, ANOTHER 15 minute hold. It’s just pizza guys. It’s not that hard. Buy literally anywhere else in Berwick.

Placed a delivery order and it was delivered to the wrong address. After I called and complained the driver picked up the old order from the wrong address and delivered to my house, cold. After getting the food I was missing items and a slice was taken out of one of my pizzas. After another call the order was successfully remade and delivered, an hour and a half later than it should have been.
My brother ordered food tonight our food got delivered to the wrong house we called the store and they said they were making a new order, meanwhile the delivery driver went and got our cold food and brought it to the right address missing food out of the order and missing pizza out of the box. Don’t know what’s going on tonight but it’s horrible.

Great drivers but I feel as if they are underpaid for the work they do $6.25 a hr plus the price of gas and vehicle maintenance is something to think abt I use to be a manger a yr ago at a franchise store like yalls and our drivers were paid little over $10 appreciate the drivers bc if you don’t have drivers you can’t run your store and if you feel $10 is too much for your driver offer them cross training
