The crew that worked the morning of April 30, 2025 was amazing! If corporate looks at these reviews, they should reward that group in someway. I placed an online order in the app, and it was glitching after I tried to adjust my pick up time. With smiles on their faces and kindness in their voices, the people there placed my full order by writing on every cup instead of making me wait for the order to come through at the previous time stated on the app. I ordered several drinks for my coworkers and each drink order was a little different as well as the food. There were no mistakes with any of the orders, and everything tasted great. While I was in there waiting for the order to be completed it was amazing watching what a well oiled machine this Dunkin was; from the drive-through line to the customers walking into the business… it was impressive how efficient this crew operated. I recommend even if you see a long line at this Dunkin you should stop for what you want. You are going to get it in a timely matter, your order will be correct, and you will enjoy the product. Thank You!

I give MAJOR KUDOS to the early morning weekend crew! I place my order on the app and it is ready when I come through the drive thru! They are always so nice and I really appreciate them!

Nice location pretty modern and well taken care of the service is 50/50 sometimes people are super moody and rude and other times there’s that one nice person who actually cares. The food is so 50/50 here donuts are always good and sandwich with meat is hit or miss earlier this morning I bought a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel when I opened it the bacon was wet and chewy looked like it wasn’t even cooked and the cheese wasn’t even like melted on just a cold piece of cheese slapped on some egg white and 1-2 pieces of bacon .. owner needs to retrain half of the crew working at that location specially the girl with glasses

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this is the worst Dunkin in the area. We order FREQUENTLY, if not daily at my workplace. Every. Single. Time. the food is inedible. You’d think we’d learn our lesson by now, but wishful thinking always gives us hope lol The donuts are rock hard, and the icing is jellylike, and clear (like warm mayo) and to me that says these donuts are old. Anytime we order hot food, there’s burnt bits from the previous order and it makes our food taste terrible. No, Dunkin isn’t a 5 star restaurant, but your consumers expect to be able to eat the food they’re paying money for. DO BETTER. MAKE MORE EFFORT. Until then, I’d rather drive the 15 minutes back to Bloom to go to that Dunkin, or Dalo’s who bakes their donuts fresh daily.
