Once again when the big box home supply stores didn't have what I needed RJ had it. From now on I'm stopping there first. Great place great people.

Absolutely useless. I dropped off a water sample in the fall to find out if I needed a neutralizer or softener — it’s now spring. I called them multiple times and visited the store several times, and every time, they claimed they had the results and would call me back. They never did. Not once. Zero follow-through, zero accountability. If you value your time or need any actual service, avoid this place like the plague.
