When ordering from app you don't have an option to select decaffeinated for special coffee, frappe, latte etc. I cannot have caffeine and wanted a frappe or latte. Disappointed.

Order on the mobile app. Went to pick it up 10 minutes later. After standing around for 15 minutes waiting the cashier asked if he could help me. He couldn't find my mobile order so the manager had to do it. The cashier wrote my order down on a napkin ans went back to made it. I guess I should have known better and checked my order there because 10 minutes down the road after eating my fries I noticed both mine and my son's burgers were all messed up. What a waste of reward points.

Be sure that the lid is secured on the cup, your coffee is very hot and I don't appreciate it all over me. Thank goodness it didn't spill on my computer!! 🤬

I use the app to try to make it faster and easier for them.And I still have to sit in parking spot even though I selected.Drive through and wait 20 minutes for my food.From now on, I'll just go to Applebee's... fast food my a$$

Always ask for extra breakfast sauce. They always make sure to put the tiniest amount or just don't put any at all. They can't make coffee to save their lives. Always tastes terrible. Not worth it. Drive the extra few miles to any other mcds.

Got my order delivered by door dash and McDonalds forgot all the sauces on three orders of chicken nuggets , forgot straws for drinks and napkins. They really need to step up on the person who checks the door dash orders this is the third time in a row that somebody messed up my order.

So myself and my mil got the box bundle and a 10 pc chicken nugget meal we ate it went shopping my son threw up twice I threw up my husband got very sick I would not come there if you don’t want sick I went to call they hung up on me I called again and she answered with a vey bad attude we came if and they where fooling around when a 70 year old woman stood there for a good 20 mins while she was fooling around there was dirt food there bathroom where a big mess I’m so disappointed that was my fav place when I was little

Don't stop here often but I do like their coffee. Unfortunately they get my coffee order wrong more often than not. Simple black coffee with a little ice and I've been given coffee with cream, cream and sugar and iced coffee.

Berwick pa , There food is always sent out burnt. An when u tell them about it. They get pissed off an band u from there restaurant I don't care where you work but take pride in what you do. Don't send food out burnt when u can clearly see it's burnt. Especially n Knowing it will come back. An the customer is always in the wrong. We'll I don't think so. I was sent up to the 3rd window to wait for a Carmel frappe. An sat there for 15 min. Like really. Not cool
