I tried the mccrispy for the first time and was very disappointed. The only items on it were 2 small pickle slices. I paid 4.79 for the sandwich. I expected it to at least have lettuce and mayo.

When ordering from app you don't have an option to select decaffeinated for special coffee, frappe, latte etc. I cannot have caffeine and wanted a frappe or latte. Disappointed.

Order on the mobile app. Went to pick it up 10 minutes later. After standing around for 15 minutes waiting the cashier asked if he could help me. He couldn't find my mobile order so the manager had to do it. The cashier wrote my order down on a napkin ans went back to made it. I guess I should have known better and checked my order there because 10 minutes down the road after eating my fries I noticed both mine and my son's burgers were all messed up. What a waste of reward points.

I had one employee the day I took my nephew because he lost a family member. The guy made him feel better and helped with his toys.
Be sure that the lid is secured on the cup, your coffee is very hot and I don't appreciate it all over me. Thank goodness it didn't spill on my computer!! 🤬

I use the app to try to make it faster and easier for them.And I still have to sit in parking spot even though I selected.Drive through and wait 20 minutes for my food.From now on, I'll just go to Applebee's... fast food my a$$

Always ask for extra breakfast sauce. They always make sure to put the tiniest amount or just don't put any at all. They can't make coffee to save their lives. Always tastes terrible. Not worth it. Drive the extra few miles to any other mcds.
