12/4/23.OIP menu I ordered a cheesesteak wrap ?. I got onion rings and breaded mushrooms and mozzarella Styx also got an order of spaghetti and meatballs. Everything was okay except the cheese steak ? wrap. It was a total disappointment. To my discover my chsteak wrap, turned out to be a hamburger chopped up. It was very dense n dry to eat. My initial thought was oh try it maybe it's not bad. Well it was super dry. I called to tell them with my complaint. The number on my receipt was for a different pizza shop. In the 267 area code so I looked up the local number in Berwick pa. So I called the young lady I talked to was very nice n tried to be helpful. I appreciated her kindness. However when she said she would speak with the owner. He stated well that's the way he been doing it for 20 years +. So if you got your heart set out on a chsteak wrap, that's not what you get here. It was very disappointing the owner didn't even try n make it right. Needless to say even though I was upset about it I explained to the young lady they need to say chopped steak not chsteak. Then ppl would know what they are ordering. Other wise their products aren't to bad. Some are very GOOD. JUST UPSET FEELING MISLEAD OVER A CHEESE BURGER CUT UP IN A WRAP. IT WAS $9.00. FOR A DRY DENSE BURGER,CHOPPED UP INTO A WRAP.. EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A LEGITIMATE CONCERN, please CONTINUE TO SUPPORT them. Even though I'm very disappointed of the feedback from the owner thru the young lady on the phone. We have been getting from them for well over a year. I wish he would of at least reimbursed me the wrap ?. I spent $53.23 cent in total. NOT LIKE I WAS ASKING FOR THE WHOLE MEAL TO BE COMPT. MERRY CHRISTMAS OIP in BERWICK PA. JUST MAKE SURE TO ASK WUESTIONS I WILL BE FROM NOW ON.

This is our pizza place! This Original Italian Pizza (OIP) has the best food to our liking. The Original Italian Pizza's in all locations are not related! We did not know this until last year. This OIP has a FANTASTIC lunch buffet!!! They usually have a main dish, a few different pizzas with different toppings, small salad bar, garlic knots, steak and regular Stromboli and more daily(call for business hours and if they have indoor dining; usually on the weekends they are open for indoor dining with longer hours and during the week for a few hours during the lunch buffet but during the week after those hours they only do takeout and delivery) We love so many of their dishes, pizza, Sicilian pizza, steak and regular Stromboli and subs . The only thing I did not care for was instead of fresh vegetables on an antipasto they put the vinegary vegetable mix out of a jar maybe to save time and money? We head to OIP in Berwick, Pa several times per month, we love their food, service, and rustic ambience dining area. Plenty of parking and conveniently located by Giant supermarket and Sheetz;located across from Dollar General.
Lunch buffet is a good deal, more then just pizza. The stromboli and chicken Parm were real good. Nice selection of different pizzas. Only thing that could make it any better is if the garlic knots were under the heat lamps, they had a lot of garlic on them.

They gave my mom jalapeño poppers and my mom ordered broccoli bites. The girl was lost when we arrived. She couldn't find a record of the order. My mom is also really sick from the pizza right now.
