It used to be pretty good- not mindblowing food, but it used to be decent for a subway. But they recently hired a sandwich artist who doesn't seem to give two shits about the food she makes for people. She rushes people, always does stuff and puts things on sandwiches without asking, making assumptions based on the default sandwiches as if the entire point of subway isn't to build your own sandwich. I saw her being openly rudely racist to a Hispanic customer, she takes all of the sandwiches out of the oven early so they're undercooked, and I even found one of her hairs in our sandwich. And I'm sure it's hers because not only did she make my sandwich, but because she has box braids, which I can tell apart from the other workers'. She somehow even screws up the structure of the sandwiches?? She made them upside down, putting the cheese on the bottom. Finally when I asked for mayo on my sandwich, she couldn't reach it and squished my sandwich with her chest. When she went to grab it again, she didn't even think about moving the sub and instead crushed it further.

tl;dr, if you just want a crappy sandwich and you don't care about service, go ahead. But until that lady is gone, I know myself and a few others just can't eat there.

Evening workers were rude, impersonal, slow, quiet, and incompetent. Sandwiches were wrong. Worst of all their hair was ALL in their faces to the point of not being able to make eye contact. No establishment serving food should allow staff to have hair down or long hair improperly pulled back.

I have visited every subway within a 3 hr distance from my house, having visited this subway in the past the food was always exceptional, however the service provided by Danelle when she builds me a custom sandwich is beyond exceptional. If there was an academy award for customer service she would win every year. When I walk into subway now it’s for one of her hand made hoagies, I won’t even visit another location. Five stars is not high enough for the shining light that this woman is in the food service industry.

So I have a few comments to make on this.
Good place to eat occasionally, and today wasn’t one of those days. This is the second time we’ve received pretty nasty sandwiches. I picked up subway for my mom, her Sandwhich was soaked in dressing, slipped together, and the steak was cold.
My boyfriends was totally squished (see photo attachment) and mine was okay, not heated(toasted) but it was fine. Aside from the fact when I went in, the red head girl added ranch to my sandwhich. I told her “no just honey mustard” and she rolled her eyes and remade it. I don’t blame the kids working here, I think the issue is the manager (Ray I think his name is) hired young kids for $7.25 and throws them on the floor with extremely limited training….. also, last time I ate in they had a dead cockroach in the restroom so that was pretty yucky…. Hope they do better.

Not so good but I guess what did I expect? Ordered a Cheesesteak with meat, cheese and green pepper with a toasted bun. Bun was not toasted, very little meat and a bunch of hard grizzle, raw chunks of green pepper and totally infested with onions though I did not request onions. Pretty much disgusting unfortunately. This will be my last attempt here.

This place is the worst subway, employees very ignorant don't even acknowledge you are standing there, then they skipped right over me and my husband and went to the next customer after we stood there 10 minutes then we walked out, I will never go back

I recently visited the Subway on W Front Street and had an outstanding experience, all thanks to Danielle, one of the sandwich makers there. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, Danielle greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly attitude that made me feel welcome.Her attention to detail was impeccable. She carefully listened to my preferences and crafted my sandwich exactly the way I wanted. Every ingredient was fresh, and she layered everything perfectly, ensuring that each bite was delicious. Danielle's enthusiasm and dedication to her job were evident, and it made my meal that much more enjoyable.In addition to her sandwich-making skills, Danielle was incredibly efficient, handling a lunchtime rush with ease and maintaining a positive demeanor throughout. This is a Horrible location. The other night we ordered three subs all three subs were messed up The one had a knife wrapped up in it..... seriously the teenage girl there wrapped the knife up in it. They hire teenage girls that have no idea what they're doing and they don't really want to be there They just want to talk on their phones and not really work but their parents forced them to be there. This is the only type of help that Subway could possibly get because Subway doesn't pay enough for anybody else to want to work there. This location is absolutely horrible Don't waste your money or time.

Every time I order it’s incorrect. I ordered mayo sandwich had no mayo and I also specifically requested no bologna , salami ham and capicola .. theh removed the salami and left me with ham capicola and bologna

I've eaten here before and had a good experience but today I walked in 5 minutes after opening at 9 and was told they don't open until 9:30...after the door and online said 9 am. If you are not open until 9:30, why does everything else say otherwise and you left the door unlocked? Felt like an employee lying about being late.
