If you are looking for a great ice cream place with many options this is the place to go. Everything at handles is homemade and the best employees are nice and fast. I also admire how they upgraded their building to a much nicer place. Would totally recommend.

Terrible! Someone needs to teach these teenagers how to talk to customers. Woman was very rude. Not coming back.

Best ice cream in town!

Got Handels ice cream 2 days in a row. We were so happy with our ice cream choices the first night that we decided to go back the following night. The second night the serving was almost half the size of the previous night. We mentioned this to the server he just laughed at us! It was a puny bowl of $5 ice cream. I feel ripped off. Not sure I will return.

I was recommended the butter pecan by a lady in line …… 10/10 instantly transported me back to my childhood ice cream shop. My wife had the coffee chocolate chip .. 10/10 . Dammit who makes this ice cream . I’m soooo glad I don’t live close o would be here weekly if not daily !!!

We love handles usually. We drive from 30 minutes away on my wife's birthday because all she wanted for her birthday was a hurricane. We got there 10 minutes before they closed and they informed us that they turned off the machine that makes the hurricane ice cream and couldn't make it for us. The woman offered no other options. Please note we called on our way to order in advance at 9:40pm and were informed that it was too late to place a call ahead order. Again we love handles but when we needed it most for my wife's birthday they really let us down with their service.

I went there and a person who was serving shut the door in my face her name is Samie but when I went to a different window to talk and complain the lady yelled and said we are the manager like this is how they have managers who don't know how to serve.

WOW. Stopped here for our ice cream last night. Sundaes were HUGE and delicious and employees were so hard working and friendly. Was surprised at the affordable prices -- just over $9 for a huge banana split when other places were charging that for a single scoop. Definitely worth a trip to Handel's!!

They treat people with respect with their words and actions, and they care about every guest’s experience. They go above and beyond to create a winning culture, and to assemble a winning team of motivated individuals focused on a customer service. The best ice cream in town .... tried Handel's for the first time. Heard people's comments on how yum Handel's ice cream is. Now I can totally get it. Great ice cream, good price, and over the moon quantity.

This is our first visit here abd we were not disappointed. We both ordered the vanilla truffle with carmel. The ice cream was a bit bland but overall it was average. If I had an other choice for ice cream in the area I might go there.

This place I never been to super overpriced for a one scoop of small ice cream for six bucks. Extremely weird. I get it. It's Main line but still West Chester is the main line.
