We hosted a bridal shower on the second floor of the Berwyn location. Natalie was our event planner and she was fantastic! She was very willing to work with us and was patient with our questions and request for changes as the event took shape.
The food was casual brewery food, burnt ends, egg rolls, Mac and cheese etc, it was delicious and everyone enjoyed the buffet!
Amanda was our day of event coordinator and she couldn’t have been nicer! She was available for any last minute needs and always had a smile on her face!
All of the staff we had contact with were very pleasant … I really don’t have one negative thing to say!
LaCabra is a favorite spot for our daughter and we were thrilled to be able to have her bridal shower there!!

I have went here twice. The first time, the end of May, we ordered 6 $15 drinks total and fries as well. We were checked on, asked if we needed another round or more food every ten minutes or less. We were only there for about an hour or so and we were handed a check without asking for it. I could understand if we meandered for hours and barely ordered anything, but by the end the check was about $100 and we essentially were forced out. The second attempt as we assumed that the first visit was perhaps not how service typically went, earlier this week. We ordered two drinks, and the waitress said, so no food for you guys? and slammed the menus on the table and walked away. It took about 10 minutes for 2 simple drinks to come out. After the food comment, the waitress was extremely cold and we left within 10-15 minutes of being there as we felt extremely unwelcome. We will not be giving this place any more money or chances as they clearly do not care.

Had a birthday party for my son in law here recently. Food was great, beer was excellent, they had a great upstairs room for us. No complaints there!
My only annoyance was the location. If you don't know where it is, it's easy to pass and then getting turned around is a pain. It's hard to go slow near it as it's a 4 lane road, so traffic wants to move. Parking can also be fun....
Great food options for late lunch, very accommodating for a group of 12.

Had not been to LA Cabra in a while, so it was a delight to return. Service was prompt, for a large group. Beer made in house is varied. Guest ciders and PA manufacturer harder libations offered. In house smoked meats.

Food was great, some of the best buffalo chicken dip I've had. The beers were just Ok. My spouse and I both did flights, so we tried everything except the IPAs and everything was so mild it was like flavored water. Even the sour was weak. Definitely come for the food and atmosphere, but have lower expectations for the beer.
