Typical McDonald’s location, however , the service was extremely slow here during my visit. I ordered two combo meals, cheeseburgers, fries, and drinks. It took about 15 minutes to get my order. There were two customers in front of me with smaller orders. This is the slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to. The restaurant was clean. The staff were polite. The service time unreasonable for the items I ordered.

I don't know why I kept going back si ce everytime I get my food it is cold and stale. I asked today please make sure food is hot and fresh and explained what I have been getting. I got an attitude with cold and stale fries since that is all ordered today. Unacceptable. You are better off staying away from this place. I have yet to get a decent meal here. They don't care about customer service satisfaction

I barely eat at McDonald's to begin with because of how unhealthy that is. I was lost. Had a recent domestic violence issue. Years ago, at least McDonald's lines seem short or at least the shelborne square one is. Wendy's can have notoriously long wait times. I would opt for McDonald's if I wanted to by the garbage food they sell there. They didn't have the Freaux freaux coffee drink I wanted. I am a coffee snob to begin with and prefer wawa. Starbucks gets on my nerves but at least they have good coffee.
I am a top contributer for Mondays with Mat. I wanted to hook into their wifi as I had ordered food and was in the Mcdonald's lot. Their wifi didn't even work well enough for that. They could have hooked me up better for not having the drink I wanted.
I guess a ridiculous wait time means the place isn't managed right. I don't even like McDonald's to begin with. At least the burger kind here has a Playland. I am in Ephrata.
Chick filet does too. And their food is so much healthier. Subway is also a healthy alternative.
So fail this location for their horrible wifi. I'm sure McDonald's has the capabilities ti make their free wifi work in their lot. Also they could not make the drink I originally requested. So I am deeply dissatisfied with this experience. I wasn't even wanting to eat at McDonald's to begin with. Though very rarely, I will. I would still prefer Wendy's. 👎👎👎👎

I guess some businesses are struggling to hold on maybe. 🤷♀️ I heard a person can't even mention amazon in walmart without causing issues. That's how heated the climate has become. Though people who work at target seem happy at least. Just saying.
I rarely ate at McDonald's and definitely won't after thst experience. Is all I can say at this point. The wait time her was appalling to me to say the least.
Vegetarian options: It's McDonald's. It's not healthy to begin with. I don't know about vegan options. But really? McDonald's isn't the place to look for that anyway. . .
Dietary restrictions: They couldn't even give me the coffee I originally requested. Their standard coffee is just acceptable. But it works for a fast food restaurant. I don't think Chiklis filet can even offer a decent coffee. The option was nice. But I can get a real c'apaccino at wawa or a really good chai tea.
Parking: Their free wifi doesn't even work in their parking lot. I didn't like the way it was labeled either.
Kid-friendliness: The wait time is definitely not pro having a bunch of hungry children in the car is the least I can say here.

I go to the drive thru at this location 3 to 4 times a week and my order is messed up at least 2 of those times. Today I ordered a triple cheeseburger and fries. As usual, I had to pull into the overflow waiting area to wait about 10 more minutes. After getting my food, I drove home only to find that they charged me for a triple, wrapped it in a triple wrapper but only put 2 patties on the burger. I drove back to the location and had to wait in line.....not in a line to order, but a line to complain! When it was finally my turn, no apology or acknowledgment that they messed up. I seemed to be bothering them with my petty complaint. This place has the absolute worst performance for any fast food location in the area......from slow, slow service to cold food to errors on the order.

Would give less then 0 stars if I could. After ordering at the drive through, they asked me to pull forward and wait for my food. After waiting 15 minutes for my food I asked the lady delivering food to peoples cars how much longer. She replied “let me check.” After 10 more minutes of waiting I had to go get a refund from inside, to which the manager was hesitant. Never got my food and wasted 30 minutes of my life (my entire lunch break). -5/10*

Ordered thru mobile app but restaurant appeared to have issues as myself and 3 other cars had to pull aside and waited for about 5 min. Once we received the order the sauce was missing. Not a pleasant experience!
