Very disappointed. We waited over 15 minutes for our food, and when I asked at the window, they had just started making it. No frozen Coke available. The chicken strips were awful – dry, overcooked, tough, and tasted like old oil. Easily the worst I’ve ever had. Not recommended – this new item is a fail.

Every time I come to this McDonald's, they mess up my order. The drive-thru people never type my order in correctly. Once they fix it on the screen, I pick up my food and bring it home, only to find they didn't put sauce on my McCrispy.... They are mostly Hispanics, who have a very low understanding of English. Must be some DEI hires..

The McFlurry that I ordered was overall pretty good. But the people at the counter were very rude. The atmosphere is a normal McDonald’s atmosphere.
