THE PICTURE BELOW IS FROM THE ARDMORE LOCATION AND WHAT PAPA JOHNS PIZZA SHOULD LOOK LIKE . To add on to my old review of the Berwyn location - IF you want the real papa John’s pizza made correctly go to the Ardmore location- definately worth the drive!! Plus great customer service. Pizza is delish. Atmosphere is CLEAN and well kept, no dirty water dripping from the ceiling into a dirty bucket with dirty towels around it, on a dirty floor, like at the Berwyn location.. at the Ardmore location, There is also ample space to sit and enjoy your food, tv too to pass away the time on your short wait. Didn’t have to instruct them on how /what pizza should look like. Simply did a mobile order and the pizza below is what I got:-) hot and fresh. They weren’t scanty on the ingredients. photos from the ARDMORE location below. BERWYN location should be shut down

Ordered 2 cupyroni pizzas for kids pizza Friday night. Very excited to try the new pizza. Wasn't please about the extra $2 charge but so what. I get there and see my pizzas coming out of the oven. So disappointing. It look like a cheese pizza with about 10 cupyronis on each. I brought larges people. Where were the rest?!! I felt like I got played and robbed at the same time.smh they need to so better

Horrible customer service. Placed an order for a specific delivery time, sent out for delivery 2 hrs early and when I called to request it be fixed the manager was an absolute nightmare. Talked over me and blamed me for their system error and then refused to correct the order or reimburse me. Manager should consider a new career bc customer service is not in his wheelhouse. And to top it off, order wasn’t even right.

We used to order online here all the time. The food would be delivered with one of the drivers that they staff. Lately it’s been coming through Door Dash which is a nightmare if you live in an apartment.Tonight they’ve sent the incorrect order. Labeling on the boxes is correct but the incorrect food is inside. Can’t get into contact with them to fix it. Looks like we’ll be charging it back. Awful experience.

Last month I got myself a large pizza with pepperoni, but the online order forgot my pepperoni. So I just walked back into the store and told the owner, he didn’t say sorry or anything he said now I have to throw that away. I even paid $2.19 for the difference listen life happens, but never speak ?️ loud to a customer. It was no big deal, but I did put a complaint against him. Today I ordered and small pizza online but I guess my card didn’t go through, I thought it did I showed up to pick up food. He said I need to pay for the order I said sure I will, but than he brought up the incidentthat happened last month. He said are you going on complain about me again, I can just go to another store. Now going forward I will just go to another store. He speaks loudly he thinks he was right, I was not arguing with him, customers service is the key ? to service. He just lost a faithful 3 year customer.
