Had dinner here last weekend. The food was fresh and portions are generous. The wait staff is also very nice.

There was a strong unpleasant odor from the meat, and I couldn’t even take more than two bites. I ended up leaving almost all of the food. The soup tasted sour, as if it had gone bad. I don’t believe this is authentic Vietnamese food made by real Vietnamese people. I’m extremely disappointed and never want to come back. Both the food and the service were terrible.

Don't bother ordering if you are in a hurry. Ordered take out pho at the counter and it took 45 minutes. Don't even care about how it tastes at this point.
I could cook pho at home from scratch and it would be quicker than this.

The quality of the Pho seems to be dropping over time. When the restaurant first opened it had better quality meat and better portion. The last time I visited I paid $6 for extra meat and my Pho Special bowl had less meat than the average deluxe pho elsewhere. I felt ripped off paying $25 and missing steak and no extra tendon or tripe in my bowl.
I recommend do not pay for extra protein. The broth could be better as well. I added a lot of fish sauce and hoisin sauce to add flavor and it was very average. I think they need to make their bone broth the traditional way with more spices and longer period of time.
The only saving grace is that the service is very quick so I was in and out in 30 mins which is good.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience.
The food quality was also very poor:
1. Grilled Pork Chop on Rice
The pork chop was extremely salty. I rinsed the sauce off with water and then realized the pork chop was not grilled at all. There was a fried egg included, but as shown in the photo, it had no signs of being pan-fried—I’ve never seen an egg like that. Both the pork chop and the egg tasted like pre-made, packaged food rather than freshly cooked.
2. Beef Hoagie
The bread was not crispy, and the beef did not taste fresh. The meat quality was poor and very salty. I only took a few bites and could not finish it.
3. Pho Wayne Special
The soup did not taste like beef bone broth. It tasted more like a soup made mainly with MSG. If you like MSG-heavy soup, you might find it flavorful, but it was not authentic pho.
4. Pad Thai
My daughter took one bite and immediately said this was not Pad Thai. It tasted like rice noodles mixed with sauce, not stir-fried at all.
I spent about $100 on a takeout order. The staff did not tell me that a 10% coupon was available. I only noticed the coupon after my credit card had already been charged. When I asked if the coupon could still be applied, the server said it had to be used before payment, then ignored me and walked away instead of trying to help. The service felt rude and unprofessional.
The poor services and the low food quality, this experience was very disappointing. I do not plan to return.

I had high hopes for this place but my goodness this is the worse pho I've ever seen! Unlike other places, no veggies just all onions. If you want veggies they charge you extra. I got take away and they give some of the toppings in a zip lock bag ugh. Never again. Don't waste your money!!

We went there on a Saturday night after Christmas. It was easy to park and to get a table without reservations. The service was fast. I had an avocado roll with peanuts sauce. The sauce was good but the roll wasn’t. Then I ordered a vegetable mix rice noodle, the portion was well served and it as tasty. I tried the beef ribs my son ordered but it wasn’t falling of the bone. The ambience had no music early on so we could hear everybody’s conversation. My son and my husband were partially happy with their choices. It was good to try this new place but not sure we’ll be back.

Great Banh Mi, good Pho! I left a very high rating because I want them to do well, but was wishing for pate on the BM, which would have elevated it from great to excellent

We finally went to the new Pho Wayne yesterday. It was DELICIOUS. The flavor of the Pho. Muah! They had several weekly specials, including the Beef Pho, that were only $9.95! Amazing deal. We also got the Crab Rangoon that my daughter devoured. We want to go again today. I’ve been craving Pho Wayne since I woke up, but they don’t open until Noon. 😭. Feels almost impossible to have to wait for another three hours. I could eat this everyday and with the specials, I probably can. I saw the comments on the high prices for “non-special” items, but honestly feel it’s in line with what’s charged at similar places nearby. We ❤️ Pho Wayne. *I have not been incentivized for this review, but would happily take free or discounted Pho*. 😬
Update. I did go again today and the Pho was as delicious as it was yesterday. I was going to get the grilled beef Banh Mi to go but I made the BIG mistake of ordering the Shrimp Summer Roll. A TON of lettuce, a few smaller shrimp, and noodles. I should have taken Audrey’s review to heart. No cilantro or herbs. Flavorless. I am a bit annoyed I spent $9 on this. I could have gotten the sandwich for this. Thoroughly disappointed in this item. Had to change my rating from a 5 to a 4.
Yet, I will return.
Update. I did return. 3rd time in 4 days. Had a crazy day yesterday or I would have been there 4 days out of 4. Although I WISH and HOPE they’d improve their Shrimp Summer Rolls, the Pho is just the best I’ve had out here. I keep wanting to add on the Banh Mi but I’m so full after the Pho. I’m redoing my rating to a 5. For the price, especially the specials, it’s a no brainer. I think this restaurant has finally found its calling on the area and wish them the best on success. Judging from
The volume of people 3 of the past 4 days they will be fine. 😍. Oh by the way, the atmosphere and service are also 🤩. Better on visits 2 and 3 for us.
Ugh. Just saw Danny’s photo of the Banh Mi. Hopefully Pho Wayne is open tomorrow. 🙏🏼 🤤
PS the Jasmine Green Tea is the best tea I’ve ever had. My daughter gets the Matcha Green Tea. The first day it came in a reusable cup which she loved. Today it came in a glass. She was hoping to start a collection she could use at home. Not a deal breaker, but a bummer for her today. 🤪
Update. Well, we’ve been back at least 8 times since my last review. I have the song “Just Can’t Get Enough” from Depeche Mode going through my head right now. Pho still AMAZIIING! I wanted to also add in that the Scallion pancakes are DELISH. Had them a week or so back (I actually was a little sick from too much wine the night before so couldn’t eat them there, but threw them in the air fryer the next day and they weee STILL great). OH the little mints they have up front are lovely. They do have them at the Hung Vuong market down the street from Pho Wayne (left hand side, UP the candy aisle towards the bottom) if interested. My daughter had to have them.
Still 5 stars.

We finally tried out this place to see for ourselves. It was a Saturday evening. Wife and I both got pho. The broth was flavorful. I got decent amount of beef brisket with it. The condiments vegetables could be more for two bowls of pho. They had a special on certain pho for $10. The shrimp summer rolls were ok, I had more authentic and better at other Vietnamese restaurants. The service was to the point and timely. There were two servers at the time. I was able to drink my own beer there.
