I don’t even know where to begin! When we sat down with Cortney for our tasting last year we fell in love with the food and our coordinator. The experience was stress free and each item was better than the next. When we booked Sage, Cortney was instrumental in our planning and made it incredibly easy. The wedding day: flawless. I can’t count how many times guests (of all ages) complimented the hors d’oeuvres and how many times the staff came around to offer such a variety; how big the entrée portions were and how tasty their food was; how personable and efficient the bartending and catering staff were. Cortney checked on us several times during the reception to make sure we were satisfied. All in all, the service and food were the absolute best choice we could have made for our wedding, and we would book them all over again!

She is kind, informative, patient and just a pleasure to work with. She listens and makes suggestions based on her experience. We found Sage on Appleford's recommended vendor list and we couldn't be happier! Our dinner selections were filet mignon, salmon and butternut squash ravioli. We did a tasting almost 2 years before the event and were blown away. I did have some nerves wondering if the wedding day food would be as delicious as the tasting food since it was so long ago. The food was more than I expected on the wedding day!! Guest's comments - "the filet was better than any I've had in a restaurant" "this is the best food I've ever had at a wedding" "the salmon was delicious" "that ravioli!" "the staff were so professional and courteous" "what a staff! they really made a difference in the wedding experience". I can't recommend Sage enough and wish I had another wedding to plan so I could use them again!!
