Food is very good. Selection is very good. Some items were deep fried that we did not expect to be deep fried. Also, when the menu says spicy, it's really very minimal spicyness.
The food was fresh and delicious and our server was a delight and very attentive. Love going to Veekoo. It is kind of loud and hard to hear.
High quality food - for example, the House Salad always has fresh, crispy lettuce to go with a dressing my wife and I both enjoy. My wife, who's a tough food critic, commented on the freshness of all the ingredients. We still get the “usual” Chinese food in Chinatown, we enjoy the VeeKoo experience in Berwyn on a regular basis.
I had some really disappointing Thai food. The seasoning was way too bland, and the chicken wasn’t in good shape either—just completely lacking in flavor. I had some hope for the pineapple fried rice, but that was off too. Honestly, I feel like I could’ve thrown something together myself and it would’ve tasted way better.
The guy at the front taking orders was expressionless and unfriendly, which didn’t help the experience. I saw other reviews saying the Chinese food here isn’t great either… maybe this place is actually a sushi spot? Still, I don’t think I’m willing to take the risk and try the sushi.

Best sushi in the area. We went early so it was not busy and quiet. Gets busy and noisy later on. Go early for great sushi.

our food was very taste and the service was excellent. The kitchen was a little slow, but picked up steam. Our waiter brought us all of the requests for sauces and additional dinners,
First time dining at Veekoo. The restaurant itself was nice and well-kept. The service was a bit elusive but to be fair, they were busy. Wonton soup (for two) was simple yet so tasty. We wished the Char Su pork had a bit of a sauce with it (that red/tangy Char Su BBQ Sauce), it was sauteed/tossed in ginger and scallion but it was still good. The sushi was among the best sushi we've had - really tasty and fresh. The General Tso chicken was tasty and very "clean" - breaded carefully, chicken prepared well, etc. It was BYOB with a beer distributor across the street and afterwards, we walked 2 mins to the homemade ice cream spot across the way. We were very happy with the restaurant choice and we will return. Good food/elite setup - simple date night spot.
Wonderful service…. Fantastic food!

Lovely dinner with the family, we ordered soups, dumplings, sushi, seabass which were all nice. For the vegetarian options they could improve classic roll fillings and toppings such as the sushi needs a bit more flavor like additional spicy sauces, the crunch, jalapeno, chili oil etc. maybe a thai basil fried rice.
This place is great! Food is excellent, service is great. They have the best hot and sour soup! Can't wait to go back.
We have always had a positive food and service experience here at VeeKoo, especially at their Berwyn location. Amazingly prepared food with a great taste and a varied menu!
My new go to place. Great food, service and atmosphere. Love the varied menu and comfortable quiet atmosphere.
