The Bethel Park Bruegger's is not properly managed. I walked in several weeks ago and was the only customer in the store. Two employees were in the food area while I waited at the register for someone to take my order. After several minutes I asked one of the employees to help me. She said the register person would be there soon. That person didn't show and I walked out. Over the last 3 orders we placed 2 of them were incorrect. It seems like there is no sense of customer service or a lack of training at this location.

We stopped in at 10 am to get a dozen bagels. They were out of five of the most popular bagel types. No apologies for having such low supply and it didn’t appear they were working to get new bagels made…..!

I came in and stood at the sandwich making station like I always have for the past 20 years. No one acknowledges me. Im waiting there for 5-10 minutes and people are all slowly coming in and queueing up at the register. Finally I ask what if they’re going to take my order and they tell me i need to go get in like at the register. Completely counter-intuitive, no sign to indicate they’ve changed the line queue and no one said a word to me. They actively avoided engaging with me. There was also no effort to get my order addressed even though I’d clearly been there for a long time. Just a girl passive aggressively telling me “you can order at the register whenever you’re ready”. I walked out and won’t be back. This issue could have been so easily avoided with the simple placement of a sign. Pathetic.

I have only been there on Sunday mornings. Food has potential if they had better staff. I've been told that when it's a different crew working, everything is better. They are not very friendly or helpful. No one wears any hair nets. Their hair is just swinging everywhere. Food is never made correctly ( under or over cooked). They just shove your food at you and walk off. I will no longer eat there on Sunday mornings. I might try a different shift to see if it really is better.

Disgusting. Observed staff touching their phone with their gloves on while putting together a sandwich. I was the only person in line and still couldn’t get any one to acknowledge me or even begin to take my order. Staff laughing and joking around as people wait in line and for their order. Place is dirty too! Never again! I heard this place went down hill! Now I know why!

So I used to work at Bruegger’s in Greentree when I was a kid and the food was great but I came here and it’s awful. I ordered a farm house which came with no egg on it and wasn’t toasted even in the slightest so neither the ham nor bacon was cooked at all. They slapped so much cream cheese on this bagel it was insanely gross and then to boot they couldn’t even cut the bagel. Needless to say I was mad when I got home with the food. It’s all young girls who obviously take zero pride in their work. Awful experience, I will not be returning.
What happened to Brueggers? I tried calling in an order. No answer. Went to the store, they took my money, then told me they didn't have anymore of what I wanted. This was 9:30 in the morning. They seemed surprised that I wanted my money back. Also received a semi-lecture of what I could have done better. After listening to this, I told them I DID EVERYTHING they were suggesting. Do you teach them to act surprised anytime things go wrong? My daughter had an even more insulting experience a few days earlier. We're done with Brueggers.

This location switched to ordering at the register first awhile back. The stores flow isn’t designed around this. Every time I go in now, there’s a line to the door because the employees can’t be making the orders ahead of a customer paying. They also only have one person on the register, so this process goes on even longer. Meanwhile, you’ve got 4-5 workers standing there not doing anything till they have the next set of orders placed. It’s insanely inefficient. I’ve been coming to this location for a long time, and I can’t get my head around this change. I was ordering ahead to avoid this, but even that doesn’t work for this location sometimes. It’s just randomly shut off & the app won’t allow me.

i used to love this place but their app keeps charging me 3 times and when i try to call multiple times they don’t answer and when i went in they said they can’t do anything about it. like i would like my $40 back please and thank you.
