Love Bruegger’s!
The Bruegger’s in McMurray closed down awhile back so this is my next fave location.
Nice, large dining area. My only complaint is that I came early and the Rosemary bagels were already gone. This happens a lot. I think they need to up the amount of these made if they run out that quickly.
Workers are always very polite and efficient. Building is clean and on trend. Seating inside and out. Always enjoy my food here! Recommend!

It’s a tragedy as to what Brueggers has become. Arrived at 7, waited for 10 minutes before I was told to order at a different spot. Meanwhile someone who came in after me was helped before me. The bagels weren’t warm at 7am, not a good sign. And they discontinued bacon scallion cc? Nothing good lasts forever.

I stood for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. There were 4 employees in the front and I was the only one in line waiting to place an order. I walked out.

I placed my order online. There are clearly eight bagels and they forget two... you should not have to recheck in order when you actually place it yourself. How hard is it to make bagels?. When I try to call out there to tell them that they messed up my order and I live 25 minutes away they don't answer the phone. It rings repeatedly and then they put it on we are too busy to take your call. This Bruegger's is the most poorly managed Bagel shop I've ever seen. We will see what they do for us now that we have to drive 25 more minutes to go back out there and get the bagels that they forgot I'm expecting a full refund if they don't I won't go back here. Check all your orders cause these people are incompetent. There is no quality checking anymore and it's sad. Shut your doors if you're not gonna do the right thing.
The Bethel Park Bruegger's is not properly managed. I walked in several weeks ago and was the only customer in the store. Two employees were in the food area while I waited at the register for someone to take my order. After several minutes I asked one of the employees to help me. She said the register person would be there soon. That person didn't show and I walked out. Over the last 3 orders we placed 2 of them were incorrect. It seems like there is no sense of customer service or a lack of training at this location.

We stopped in at 10 am to get a dozen bagels. They were out of five of the most popular bagel types. No apologies for having such low supply and it didn’t appear they were working to get new bagels made…..!

I came in and stood at the sandwich making station like I always have for the past 20 years. No one acknowledges me. Im waiting there for 5-10 minutes and people are all slowly coming in and queueing up at the register. Finally I ask what if they’re going to take my order and they tell me i need to go get in like at the register. Completely counter-intuitive, no sign to indicate they’ve changed the line queue and no one said a word to me. They actively avoided engaging with me. There was also no effort to get my order addressed even though I’d clearly been there for a long time. Just a girl passive aggressively telling me “you can order at the register whenever you’re ready”. I walked out and won’t be back. This issue could have been so easily avoided with the simple placement of a sign. Pathetic.

I have only been there on Sunday mornings. Food has potential if they had better staff. I've been told that when it's a different crew working, everything is better. They are not very friendly or helpful. No one wears any hair nets. Their hair is just swinging everywhere. Food is never made correctly ( under or over cooked). They just shove your food at you and walk off. I will no longer eat there on Sunday mornings. I might try a different shift to see if it really is better.
