Ice cream 🍦 🍨 is always good 👍
Bruster’s is not the same as it used to be. My son got a sundae in which he was give one scoop of ice cream and minimal toppings. I got a medium waffle cone with chocolate raspberry truffle ice cream. The ice cream was soft. Like mush. There were no pieces of chocolate in it or raspberry. And the ice cream barely filled the cone.
Love Brusters Bethel Park location! Great ice cream, great service from friendly staff. We also get their ice cream pies for special occasions. Love the pies with mint chocolate chip or oreo. Southern Banana Pudding soooo good too.
Always good service with a smile, nice selection of flavors and portions are very fair compared to other options.

Large line and only 1 worked taking orders. Rest of the staff decided it made sense to stock shelves instead of taking care of customers. Small line of maybe 10 people and took over 30 minutes for the one poor girl to take orders and get people served. Very bad business
We were very satisfied with our waitress and the ice cream was delicious.

Best ice cream in Pittsburgh!!! So smooth, creamy and delicious. The flavors are unique and SO SO yummy. The staff is also incredibly friendly.

Would love to know who manages this one because the service is atrocious. Not only that it doesn’t appear to have to be cleaned much.
For a place that families and especially kids go to, you think they’d be kinder and have better service skills. Not this one. Avoid this place, just go to Rita’s.
